Title: very cute and cozy
Review: I got this as a replacement for my old one and it’s such a wonderful upgrade. This fireplace looks lovely and gives my living room a cozy cozy feeling. It gives you a ton of control over how much light/heat/flickering you get. The controls are hidden away on the side of it, so you don’t see them from the front. This fireplace insert is very nice and sturdy and very well made. The heater does a fantastic job at heating up the entire (fairly large) room pretty quickly. What I love most is that this fireplace is virtually silent and doesn’t produce any weird hum like my old my did. I also appreciate finally having a remote control which was not the case with my old fireplace. I am VERY happy with this purchase and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Title: Love this fireplace
Review: We love this fireplace. It was super easy to setup and use right out of the box. You can attach it to the wall or recess it into the wall. It is super quiet but puts out a lot of heat. It has a touch screen and remote, nice to have both options. The different colors are amazing and vibrant. Never thought we would find something so nice for a great price.

Review: I burned wood fireplaces for 33 years. A little hesitant on an electric. It is BETTER than I could have imagined. No more dust, dirt, ashes to deal with. No more cleaning or paying to have the chimney cleaned. And a steady flame with crackling noises at my fingertips. Looks like a real fire. Heats like a real fire. I definitely recommend this unit.

Review: I used this last night and it is so nice. It has a nice ambience to it with the flames, lighted leaves on the front and the glowing coals. The heat was great on high. I used it outside, not intended for use outside, but I didn’t want my house to have that initial smell when you 1st use a heater. The heat was easily felt from a few feet away, the dogs hogged most of it! I love that it has a remote so I don’t have to get up a change any settings after I’m comfortable. From a distance the logs on top look good a natural. The only thing missing is the crackling sound of a fire- that would make this more realistic.
