This ten-minute yoga session is a must-do for anyone. Join me every day for the 100 DAYS OF YOGA challenge, and you’ll do at least 1000 minutes of yoga. The goal of this challenge is to create a daily habit of doing at least 10 minutes every day. Practicing yoga is as much about being aware of your breath as it is about twisting your body into different shapes. Breathing deeply in and out of your nose helps you melt deeper into a stretch, while also aiding in stress reduction, lowering blood pressure, and lifting your mood.
You are doing the most wonderful thing for your body and mind by taking on this challenge. The videos are around 10 minutes long, with fun stretches and lots of waffle from me!! 😂…. let’s do it!!
