Title: Works great at cooling my room!
Review: Installing was fairly easy but I do have HVAC experience and would recommend you seek help if you have never done any HVAC before. The unit is not complicated and cools down very quickly. Waiting to see how much the electric bill is but based on how quick it works and maintains at the lowest level after cooling down I canât imagine it will be a huge cost. Much more efficient than a window shaker or any other indoor option. Wireless connected fairly easy and the app is straight forward.Running the electrical was the toughest part and would recommend an electrician to get the disconnect box put in where you need it. You also need a whip to connect to the disconnect box and a wall bracket to mount it is highly recommendedAll things considered this unit is cheap and works well! Iâd buy it again as long as it lasts for a few years at least.

Title: Seems like a good deal for the price
Review: Installed it all myself (I have installed 7 so far). First time installing a Rovsun. It was straight forward like others I have installed. Took me about 2.5 hours. Vacuum pumped it down, powered it up, and VOILA! I am cooling my Master Bedroom and Bathroom and it is working great on low. Seems quiet enough….

Title: Waste of money
Review: I would not buy this again. First it didnât come with the power cord. They actually had to give me a credit to go buy one after waiting for a replacement that was also incorrect. Now, trying the heater function for the first time and IT DOESNâT WORK. Past the return window and unable to contact them for help. Iâll update this review if they respond, but for now Iâd avoid this brand.

Title: Great unit
Review: I boughtvthis and installed in my home office. It works great both ac and heat pump inverter. This was easy to install everything that you need pretty much is included and wow for the price to have ac and heat with it. App works great can control from anywhere.

Title: Good product
Review: I bought three of these rovsun units and one unit lasted for two days and blew a leak to lose the freon but figured for the price was easier to replace than repair and with COVID and a personal illness took over a year to install it then it lasted two days but the replacement is running fine and I don’t believe I can blame rovsun for it still I’m very happy with these units and would recommend them despite the problems!

Title: Price is so good I was worried.
Review: Took a chance and so far the unit is working great. Both the heating and cooling. The head arrived first and the next day the rest of the unit. I already own a Mr Cool unit and this is almost a copy of that. The only thing that made this unit seem cheaper is the plastic on the inside unit seemed a bit cheap. I did have to purchase a vacuum pump (150 bucks)that added to the price to install it but did not mind. There is a slight possibility I might purchase another one if this unit remains problem free. Also this unit is almost 3 times cheaper than the Mr Cool unit I purchased.This is a follow up review. As far as the unit working after almost 8 months of service no complaints but cleaning the blower have fun I didn’t. I have keep the washable filters clean but I made a mistake of getting a flashlight and looking up into the inside units blower and wow it was black and caked on dust. The blower when clean is blue. I am not going to explain how to get up in there just look it up and watch some Youtube videos. I should of took pictures. My main problem is it should be a easy way to get to the blower and clean it and there isn’t. Taking away one star. Also the MrCool unit I have has the same problem and was real bad after almost 2 years of service and almost no easy way to get to the blower.

Title: Impressed.
Review: Impressed with the initial out of the box build quality. It’s construction and even design seems extremely similar to the name brand a/c we have for the rest of the house (that was certainly NOT the cheapest money could buy)The indoor unit is surprisingly lightweight. They give you drywall anchors to mount it, which I was a little skeptical about using, but given how little it weighs its not an issue. This gives greater flexibility in where you can mount it since you do not need to locate and align the unit to wall studs.Both indoor and outdoor units are extremely quiet in operation. Total power consumption is about the same as the 8k btu window a/c it replaced.Totally worth the price. I’m hard pressed to find a single reason why it would be worth it to spend the extra few hundred dollars other mini splits cost, with the quality and features this Rovsun has.
