Title: Great book for teens and parents
Review: I bought this for my soon to be step son as ameans to instill some realistic life skills in him. I want him to succeed in life and recognize that moms and teachers canât do it all. This book provided the foundation that I was hoping for. Itâs easy to read (so he wonât get distracted) and was a good conversation starter. I found this book as a means to communicate and connect while providing him with some essential skills. I wonât claim to be his step dad but, perhaps the dad that stepped up. This book is working (parenting never ends) for us and I hope it works for you.

Title: Such a good book
Review: This is such a good book. My kids are getting older and I wanted to make sure my daughters were aware of the basics before they moved out. Just in case there was something I forgot or wanted them to go over. A book that we read over together. Touched base on all topics and more. Good book.

Title: Super basic
Review: This is a very simple book — both in content and in layout and design. It looks like it was typed in a Word and then never formatted for a book. There are huge spaces between the lines of text (like triple spaced?) and appears like they were trying to stretch it to make it appear longer. (I used to teach English classes, and I had students make the margins larger and triple space the text so that they could make a 1 page essay meet the assignment requirement of 3 pages — that’s what this book is like visually.) If you took out all of the extra lines, the book would be a slim 75 page booklet. It has a simple only-black text design with no color or graphics, etc. The content is fine, but it’s very basic and generic advice — it’s good advice, and it does cover the topics on the product listing, so it’s accurate from that point of view.

Review: I bought this book for my 17 years old sister thinking it would be a joke book but actually this book is real, it talk about adulthood and guide you to your first steps, it has a shopping list for you and things to get when you are ready to move out and get your own place. It has a lot of helpful tips that most parents don’t teach their kids about. I highly recommend it for any teenagers.

Review: This book does offer good advice and the tone of the book is neutral. This book does help cover topics that parents either don’t know about or don’t bother teaching.3 stars due to formatting issues (lots of blank spaces, only having odd number of pages numbered, putting tomato on the grocery list twice, missing punctuation).Overall, decent start of how to become more independent, but shouldn’t be used as the only source of information.
