Title: Must have!
Review: This is my second vaccum. The previous one was very simple.This vaccum rocks! Linking the vaccum to your phone is very easy, there are so many things that you can do with the app. You can clean by zones, by rooms, all your house, etc.The vaccum noise is normal. Suction is phenomenal. Battery life is enough to clean a house with 3 bedrooms, office, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Is not that expensive if you buy it when Amazon has a promotion. I have already used the mopping feature too, and it works great!If you want to invest your money wisely, and live in a clean house, get one! I strongly recommend it!

Title: Great product
Review: So far, I love my robot vacuum! Used it to clean tile floors as well as vacuuming rugs and carpet. It cleans both very well. It picks up much more dirt than my regular vacuum cleaner. It is very thorough, just put it in the room and it figures out how to clean the entire area. A feature that was important to me was the noise level. The product reviews I checked prior to purchase said that this robot did not make a lot of noise. It is true! It is definitely quieter than a regular vacuum cleaner. Overall, very happy with purchase and would recommend.

Title: Good vacuum if you don’t have black rugs, okay mop
Review: The app is great and I really appreciate being able to set up no-go zones for both mopping or mop+vacuum. It does a great job making sure all areas are covered and the battery life on the robot holds up for my large one bedroom apartment for both a thorough vacuum followed by a mopping.The vacuum is fairly powerful and the auto empty works well. Of the three robotic vacuums I’ve had so far, this one gets the edges of a room way better.However it’s also much taller than my previous vacuums which is annoying. I had to set a no go area around the couch chair to keep it from getting stuck under it everytime. Another thing, if you have a rug with any black on it you will have to tape over the sensors on the bottom to get it to vacuum that area. This worked fine for me since I don’t have stairs, but I could imagine it being problematic.The mop has an annoying design flaw. The Velcro holding it on is at the back of the mop pad, so anytime the robot goes over a bump (i.e. cord or different floor heights between rooms) it folds up underneath and you’re only mopping with half the pad. I also don’t feel the water releases fast enough so I rewet the pad manually a few times during the mop cycle. Not sure if that’s due to the folded pad or designed that way. That being said, I do feel it does a decent pre mop to make manually mopping easier.

Title: Do not buy if you have dual-band WiFi
Review: $500 down the drain. Worked 5-Star for 31 days in 2.4GHz on a dual-band WiFi router, then it lost dual-band WiFi support the day after I couldâve returned it to Amazon for a refund. Companyâs support says the solution is to buy an old WiFi router model that doesnât support 5GHz.UPDATE: Itâs working again through a dedicated $15 single-band WiFi âextenderâ configured as an access point. Have to switch the phone to it whenever controlling the vacuum.PROS: Cleans tile and carpet well. Requires less daily attention than the Roborock S7 it replaced. App is almost as good as Roborockâs (see exceptions below)CONS:1. Most 2.4GHz devices are compatible with dual-band/multi-band WiFi, but AIRROBO isnât.2. Few sources for bags. Would prefer a bagless system like Sharkâs.3. App has no support for Siri/Shortcuts. Roborock could use Siri & Shortcuts to clean specific rooms hands-free. The AIRROBO app is easy enough for us but grandma misses the simplicity of voice commands.4. Airrobo connects to Alexa through the Smart Life app for a single functionâfull house cleaning. We need the Smart Life app for other devices, but Airrobo needed a different login. Many headaches later involving uninstalling and reinstalling routines and apps, we decided we didnât really need the Airrobo on SmartLife or Alexa anyway because we almost always target specific rooms or combinations of rooms. But if that one function is good enough for your smart home needs, itâs available.

Title: Excellent Customer Service!! (UPDATED)
Review: (UPDATED) After submitting my original review, customer service reached out and offered to send a new vacuum free of charge to replace the one they felt was faulty. There are not many companies with such dedicated customer service and I appreciate that! I hope the new one has better suction, I have to say the others with 5 star reviews do not seem to be having issues with it like I was. Easy to recommend purchasing from a company that takes care of you!Original Review:Mapping was excellent. Instructions easy enought to follow. Setup was easy, app worked well. Mop worked ok, not great. But, the vacuum itself has very poor suction. It seems to pick up medium size debris but when attempting to clean coffee grounds or dirt off the floor it leaves a lot behind. Battery Life was good and overall the robot seemed to follow commands as it should.I am returning product because while it does a lot of things well, it doesn’t perform its primary function.Attached is a video and a before and after picture of coffee grounds when the robot was running on Turbo mode.

Title: Amazing Smart robot vacuum
Review: This AIRROBO robot vacuum has been a huge help! It vacuums and even mops, so the floors stay clean with no effort from me. One of the best features is the self-emptying bin, it can go up to 60 days without me having to empty it, which is awesome.The robot is super smart and maps out my house, so it avoids furniture and even my petâs toys. I can control it from my phone or ask Google to start it, which is so convenient. It works great on both hard floors and carpets, picking up dust and pet hair easily. If you want a clean home without the hassle, this vacuum is perfect!

Review: I bought this on prime day for like $300. So I will review it as a $300 system, instead of a $500 system, which I think may be slightly above its fair market value.App and Setup:Overall, the LIDAR mapping feature worked excellently, it was easy to connect to WiFi, worked right away out of the box, and the app was easy to use. They also have walkthrough videos if you need the assistance.Cleaning:I prepped my space, it did a mapping and cleaning, and then I setup the digital map to be the proper rooms I wanted.- I like that I can decide what it will do in each room, I have it vacuuming and mopping in the kitchen, and the vacuum at medium power. But then in the living room I have it only vacuuming at max power because of the carpet. This is a great feature that works well.- I can also schedule it to clean certain rooms at certain times, or double clean a room, which is nice.- 30square meters for my main floor, and it vacuums and mops 66% and vacuums at high power the other 33% and it usually has 60-65% battery still left over.- I can’t edit the map as much as I want to, it won’t let me fix “mapping errors” that it creates, but it does update the map each time it cleans and seems to refine it every cleaning.Cleaning effectiveness:- vacuum is great, zero issues there and lots of good features to keep the cleaning products working well (like a comb to catch hairs that would get caught).- the mop is okay. You have to fill the water reservoir manually and it probably lasts two mops in my space. It also is just a pad that slides along the floor, so it won’t scrub or really clean anything super well. But the idea with these sorts of robots is that continued, regular use will do 80-90% of the work, and then you can do the 10% by hand that it can’t handle. Which I think it achieves that goal very well.Overall, it stands up against the $1,000 model I wanted to get really really well. I wish I didn’t have to manually refill the mop all the time, but other than that it’s been a great experience for a third of the price!I have a 3 year old toddler and 2 cats. It seems to handle what they throw at it without much issue.I do take the time to clear the floor before it cleans. Like any robot it will struggle with small toys, strings, etc. that are left behind.

Review: Vacuum mode works well hands free for weeks. Just charge the bag. When mopping floors keep a clean mop pad available and switch every few cleans. I am ordering 5 more pads. My floors never looked better. All rooms programmed this is one Awesome tool at a very affordable price. Get one you deserve it!

Review: I have this one for 5 months now and all is greatthis is my second robot vacuum, it is a must to have a self empty bin, otherwise you get the hassle to clean it eveytime. it will not replace the full floor cleaning, but i do every 2 month.it creates it’s own mp that you can add virtual walls or restricted places ( can be restricted totaly or just wash or vaccum)the reason i gave 4 stars is because i have to refill the water half way if i want to do a full size cleaning ( i have 1500 square feet) but if i program less water it will be ok, but the cleaning is lesss efficient, but gets all the dog hair.For a budget wise and quality overall i really suggest it

Review: I have had this for about 3 weeks and am very happy with it. The sweeping feature is great and it gets into areas that I find difficult to clean. Weekly I have it do the mopping feature and that does a pretty good job on my laminate flooring. It wipes away paw prints and light messes between my major cleaning. It is not too noisy and having it connected to my phone is great. It self maps the rooms and also does a pretty good job vacuuming my area rug. My husband was very surprised at how well it cleans as he was quite skeptical at first. I bought it on sale which is a bonus. I am a senior and find that this vacuum has saved my back from all the manual sweeping and bending to get the dirt into the dustpan. Itâs a back saver for me.
