Review: This is a great product and does exactly what it is designed to do. It performs on par with others I have purchased. The density is good and the length is useful for multiple positions. A 3 would have been if it only did its job the 4 is because of the price. While and excellent product a 5 is reserved for the exceptional.

Review: Build quality is astounding, i used it to replace one of the foundation bricks that hold up my house, its been holding steady for 19 months. Best buy of my life. It it easy to use, since it squeezes into tight spots. It is comfortable, i use it to box too, i punch it like a heavy bag, it relieves pain well because i get so mad and i consider anger as pain, its workout effectiveness is amazing bc i hit 210 heart rate then make a trip to the hospital, and the color is amazing because it blends in with the dark and i cant see the foundation to my house

Review: I bought this roller when I was having some back and hip pain. I lifted too much at work. Stretching seemed to help ease the pain day by day. This roller allowed me to lay down on the floor on my yoga mat and roll my ankles, calves, hips, and back. It literally helped me stretch everything back out and feel better. Good quality—/ none of my rolling changed the shape. I could roll easy or hard. It retains the shape and helps me roll it out.
