Title: Practical and Value-Based Performance
Review: I had prescription over-the-ear hearing aids for more than 15 years, but increasing costs of updating them (>$5,000) became prohibitive. The Audien Atom Pro 2 is a value-based quality product which in these past 3+ weeks has provided me with the hearing enhancements I need.The hearing modes and volume levels allow me to choose what I need during the changes in my day. I use the lowest level of volume, and I switch modes depending on the circumstances such as driving, crowded areas and TV. For me, I needed about 3 weeks to allow my brain to adapt to these in-the-ear units. I also like the convenient and compact charging case and it’s UV cleaning component.

Title: They help me hear much better
Review: I am able to hear reasonably well with the Atom 2 Pro hearing aids and I like that they are individually adjustable, which is what I really needed. I was able to get a replacement directly from Audien due to a defect, and they came fast and the return was free, no issues at all. The quality is great for the price and they are comfortable enough to wear all day. The bud ends come with in several sizes to fit anyone.

Title: Very good small size ITE hearing aid
Review: Audien Atom Pro 2 hearing aid is the best ITE hearing aid I own. These are all the pro features I like.1. Sound clarity is better than all the other hearing aids I have with the convenience of ITE.2. Mode function is very helpful and works better than all my other hearing aids, I can use the TV mode when I want to hear all my surrounding noises and outdoor mode when I am outdoor using my lawn equipments.3. Convenience button for changing mode and volume level.4. A small rechargeable case that come with UV light and can recharge the hearing aid 3-4 times But normally I never required to recharge my hearing aid because the battery last all day long (16 hours +)I would give Audien ATOM PRO 2 a 5 stars if it is not ITE type hearing aid which personally I don’t fell that it is quite as comfortable to wear all day long as the BTE/RIC type hearing aid, but for people that prefer ITE hearing aid, this hearing aid is worth every $.P.S. I replaced my hearing aid ear dome from silicone type that come with the unit with foam type ear dome and it felt better in my ear canal and helps isolate the noise better as well.

Title: High Performance in the ear hearing aids with reliability problems.
Review: First, the pros for the Audien Atom Pro 2:: easy to use hearing aids with five volume levels; multiple modes to successfully control background noise; interchangeability between ears; near-invisibility; small and simple charging case; very good sound quality. Sufficient different-sized ear domes are provided to facilitate the minimizing of screeching/feedback. Customer service is first rate, and available insurance covers loss (with a copay) in addition to failure or damage (unlike the Asurion policies).The cons: perhaps I may have just had bad luck. The first pair I received had what seemed to be a mechanical failure; the mode adjustment stopped working in one ear. The second pair lasted for about three weeks of usage, but one of the aids abruptly stopped being able to receive and hold a charge; even after 4 hours in the charging case. It dies after about five minutes after insertion in my ear. I have returned that pair as well. Audien would replace them under their warrantywithout charge, but I don’t trust this particular product to work for me despite its high ratings on Amazon and elsewhere. I purchased a pair of Audien’s ION over the ear aid and am testing them now. Hopefully, they will be less troublesome for me than the Atom Pro 2.

Title: Overall great product!!
Review: I really liked these Audien hearing aids because they were affordable and well-made. They were small and easy to carry around. One thing I didn’t like was that you had to adjust each hearing aid separately when changing the volume or mode. I realized that some people have different levels of hearing in each ear, so it makes sense that they aren’t synced. It was easy to figure out how to change the volume and modes after a few tries. There are 5 volume levels. I mainly kept it at level 3 which was plenty of amplification for me. Changing the modes was a bit trickier because you have to hold the button down for a few seconds, but I got the hang of it. There are 4 modes, and I mostly used mode 1. I only wore the hearing aids for a few hours each day, and the battery life was never a problem. My only complaint would be the sound quality. To me, they sound a little hollow. Please keep in mind this was my first set of hearing aids, so I am not sure if this would be a similar sound with other competitors.

Review: We purchased the Atom Pro 2 hearings aids in November. My husband loves them. Everything about them he just raves about. Easy set up, easy charging, ease of adjusting volume controls and listening modes. They are by far the best phearing aids he has ever purchased. He is able to be in a crowded room and the background noise does not interfere with his current conversation. In fact, he says it has very limited background noise. Work wonderful with phone. Audien hearing support has been wonderful to work with. We would not hesitate to purchase from Audien again.
