Title: The best value for a coffee pot
Review: I have been searching for a basic coffee pot that would not break my budget. This pot is the best I have ever used! I like the automatic shut off feature for safety reasons, it is lightweight, easy to clean, the flavor the brewed coffee is excellent, and it makes the perfect hand warming cup of coffee. The programmable brewing in the morning helps me stay on track with my morning routine … this is especially helpful when you are half asleep and need your coffee! ð I recommend getting the coordinating reusable gold filter (sold separately) because it is budget friendly, a long lasting item, eco-friendly, and just as easy to clean.

Title: A Good Basic Coffee Maker
Review: My last coffee maker finally gave up the ghost and I started looking for a decent coffee maker that wouldn’t break the bank. This is what I bought, based on the price and the reviews. It’s a good coffee maker. That’s all I really need to know. It does its job without fuss. It’s programmable, so it has more features than coffee makers that are only a little cheaper. And it will make 12 cups of coffee, which is a plus if you ever have visitors who like coffee or if you drink a lot yourself. It does its job, and it does it well.I have one quibble about this coffee maker, it’s the built in 2 hour shut-off, which you apparently don’t have any control over (Black & Decker says it’s a safety feature). I’s annoying. On my weekends I tend to start coffee when I get up, but I sometimes get busy and don’t get to it right away. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve gone in there to get a cup of coffee only to find out that the warming plate has turned off. Now, it’s simple enough just to turn it back on, and I usually get in there before the coffee has gotten too cold. But the simple truth is I would rather be able to make a full pot of coffee that could sit in there for 8 – 10 hours than something I have to babysit, or have to make a couple of cups of coffee at a time.The shut-off “safety feature” is mostly annoying because I have no control over it. I understand Black & Decker probably thought of it as a liability issue (because people love to sue corporations when they themselves have done something stupid), but it does seem like there should be a larger window in which to keep your coffee warm, or least make it something that’s variable up to a point. Sure, it makes sense to have the coffee maker shut off at some point, because people can and do forget to turn them off. But whoever set it at 2 hours is clearly someone who doesn’t actually drink coffee. lol.Overall, though, I’m very happy with this coffee maker. I’m sure I’ll buy another one when this one gives out.

Title: Just coffee
Review: This is a good coffee maker. When my last coffee maker died I started searching for a new one. First ordering from Amazon is fast (can’t be without morning coffee). This is a very nice, easy coffee maker. Does have timer capability to set the machine to brew automatically at a certain time. Since I am retired I don’t use this feature. If you are looking for a coffee maker that is reasonably priced and just makes your morning coffee. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because if I put in 10 cups of water and grounds, it brews about 9.5 cups so I either adjust the water level or how much coffee I put in. Recommend.

Title: Works great for great price
Review: I have been using this at least 3-4x a week since I bought it and it works great. The price was great too. Water capacity is up to 12 cups, but as I’m the only coffee drinker in my house I never make more than 6 cups max if I’m working from home. The cleaning is super easy, I can throw the basket and the pot in the dishwasher and they come out great and I have a simple coffee maker cleaner that cleans it internally as easy as making coffee. It also is small enough to not take up a ton of counter space.Unlike other brands that were actually more expensive, coffee doesn’t taste burnt with this one. Definitely would buy it again if something happened to it and it has already paid for itself at least 5 times over.

Title: Makes great coffee
Review: I debated about this coffee maker, but finally ordered it. After several months, I confirm that was the right choice. It is easy to use, makes great coffee and is quite affordable. Some reviewers said it was too noisy, got too hot, and the coffee spilled out from the carafe. I don’t find it any noisier than others I’ve used. I love how hot it gets – I don’t have to microwave the coffee after I add cream, and I have never had any spillage. It’s worth every cent.

Review: November 2024 and my B+D 12-cup programmable coffee maker finally died. I wanted to take a moment and say what a pleasure it has been using this coffee maker since the summer of 2017 every morning. I loved the programmable feature, the price, and the great coffee it made. I also used it to make hot water for tea. Durable. Reliable. WORTH the money. I ordered the same one for replacement. Great buy.

Title: Favorite coffee pot
Review: Okay I literally can rave about this coffee pot. This is my first coffee pot and itâs so easy to use and the instructions are easy to understand. I wake up really early for work and love the feature of the self timer so my coffee is ready to pour when Iâm running out of the house. Itâs is easy to clean also and makes a good amount of coffee.

Review: Iâve gone through about 4 of these over the last few years. Good hot coffee with simple machine. Hot plate eventually gets rusty and stops working after about 2 years of daily use. Not bad for a $35 machine.
