Title: Finally! Real, Professional Hearing Aids with iOS Streaming
Review: I can’t say enough good things about the Blaids Neuro. Like others have mentioned they are like the Tesla of hearing aids. Every week, Blaids sends me a new feature or update through the app that makes the experience even better. I recently upgraded to the newest model with iOS streaming, and it works flawlessly. The sound quality is crystal clear, and it integrates perfectly with my iPhone, just like top-tier hearing aids from other major brands.One of the best features is that I can upload my audiogram from my own doctor directly to the app without driving to the audiologist. I’m getting every single feature I had with my previous Phonaks, but for a fraction of the cost. The value is unbeatable.I also love the USA-based customer support. I called with a quick question and got a real human on the second ring—no machines or endless hold times. Blaids has audiologists on staff who remotely adjust my hearing aids, so it’s exactly like working with my old audiologist, but without leaving my house and at a much lower price point.I also appreciate that Blaids is an American company. I’ve tried a lot of cheaper amplifiers online, and they were all from overseas companies with little to no local support. Blaids not only provides a professional product but also delivers world-class service. Highly recommend!

Title: Top notch, app has learning curve
Review: Hubby is in his early 40s and is losing his hearing. While the BlaidsX Neuro rechargeable RIC + programmable hearing aids are pricy, they are still much less expensive others we priced. Hubby said these hearing aids are “top notch.” They come with an app to program them with your audio profile, with free help available. The help will probably be needed as the app is not user friendly when it comes to the slider options. Otherwise, the app was pretty intuitive. The battery life is like a cell phone, they need to be charged every other night, but can last all day for several days with the case. Hubby couldn’t tell if the case needs to be present when using bluetooth, because he try to make adjustments on the fly with the app, and it doesn’t seem to connect when the case is not present. He ended up getting a little pouch to place the case in to take with me since the case is a little too bulky to put in his pocket.

Title: Good price and work well
Review: I like the sound Quality and the size, My gamdpa 80 years old tried others and are not comfortable this are not heavy, easy to use. With these I have checked to make sure that he have them in. Good price based on the important that they are , easy to recharge and small that fix in a pant pocket or an small bag.

Title: Not able to stream or connect to phone
Review: The product description said Bluetooth connectivity was available but did not state that it was not able to Stream or Connect to the phone.The sound quality was pretty good, cancelled the background noise adequately, and were comfortable to wear.

Title: Very disappointing
Review: For the price and the description I was very disappointed at the poor build quality and and sound.The first time I activated them there was a high-pitched squeal that was virtually impossible to get rid of. I would not recommend anyone to get these hearing aid it will make your hearing worse and they’re very difficult to adjust with the app.

Title: Good Hearing Aid
Review: One of the benefits of this type of hearing aid is how invisible they are as it goes into your ear canal and it not really visible for the most part. They recharge fine speed wise and the battery does last a good amount of time. It was pretty comfortable to use and provides a lot of fit options with the ear tips. The app is handy and allows you to change the settings to your liking. These are comparable to a fancier higher end hearing aide I have from insurance but a step below overall. At this price point, it is definitely on the higher end said and I feel is not worth it given the price point

Title: They Work Great
Review: I have tried several hearing aids and found these the bestWhat I like is the sound Quality Every other hearing aid I have tried I could always tell that I had the hearing aid on. With these I have checked to make sure that I have them in. On my tv for example I use to listen to it around the 50 to 60 level now I have turned it down to 30The other hearing aids I got the whistling sounds all the time when I got to close to a wall or chair I can barely get it to make a sound when I cup my ear I went to a football party and the TV was to loud had to turn down the hearing aids. People have allway told me I talk to loud now my granddaughter ask me to talk a little louderI had some problems with the hearing aid I talked to somebody on Saturday they tried to help me told me that somebody would call me sent up an appointment for Tuesday and received a phone call problem solved. I really like doing business with a USA company instead of ChinaI was voting today and recommended these to everybody at the senior centerThanks
