Review: Needed a heat source in an all electric rental home, down stairs bedroom. With this option the renter can move the heater to any wall as it is plug in, to accommodate different furniture. Works extremely well, heats quickly nad keeps the room at even temperature. Highly recommended!

Title: Overall Positive Experience
Review: This item is pretty much exactly as you would expect. It was purchased to warm an office on the external wall of a building in the midwest through the cold winters, and it does that job quite well. Keep in mind this is a space heater. So when the door of the office is closed, it REALLY heats up the space. With the door open and the heat dissipating, it’s less noticeable. Temperature modulation is manual, with no real temp readout. But that’s fine. The thing works well.The only “con” I could point to in this product is that the heat coil portion of the fixture is exposed, which means it’s easy to get dust/debris in there, which would potentially be a fire hazard. I would not put this heater in an area accessible by children, as it also becomes hot to the touch.

Review: Put in a shed we can in that has water in it. 10×10 building and helped keep the building warm enough to not let the water freeze when temps got down to 0. Did see a difference in electric bill but figured would with how cold it got.

Title: Problem with thermostat
Review: My thermostat didn’t function well from day 1, contacted seller for thermostat replacement, wanted me to send photos of shipping box item and etc, took almost weeks to get it clear response, finally seller refused to send return shipping label but wanted to send photo of cut power cord so they can just refund the money, what a joke that was. Bad seller.

Title: Smells terrible
Review: Purchased one and left it running for 2 days in the garage with the door open to break it in. Attempting to run it in my home after that time the burning, acrid smell was still unbearable.I called Cadet customer service and they suggested that that was not normal and that I should order a replacement, which I did.Second one arrived – same problem. I’m giving up on this product and going to find something else.
