Welcome to my Chair Yoga session dedicated to relieving lower back pain and discomfort. In this gentle yet effective practice, I’ll guide you through a series of chair yoga poses specifically designed to target and alleviate tension in your lower back.
Whether you’re experiencing chronic discomfort or just need some relief after a long day, this session is tailored to help you find comfort and ease.
Motion is lotion! If your lower back has discomfort from standing too much or lack of activity, try this sequence to get the blood circulating into your lower back area.
Be mindful of this practice- keeping your feet rooting into the earth, sits bones firmly planted on the chair and engaging your abdominal muscles. Connect breath with each movement and smile!
