Why is your client still in pain? Why do they have amazing glutes but still get a sore back when they lift? Have they got cracker Abs but NO glutes and they are just lifting through their lower back? Does the pain relate to how they present?
They maybe compensating through the system. From your subjective and objective you should be able to work this out and THEN you need to make sure you are giving the right exercises for the right person in the creation of your exercise program.
