Title: Terrible customer service.
Review: It’s been almost a month since we purchased this dresser and we still can’t use it!The dresser arrived with a damaged part and a second one missing some holes; we contacted customer service through their messaging service, after 2 weeks (which count a lot when you’re pregnant and trying to have the nursery ready) they answered and then it took about 10 days to received the replacement for the damaged part but the holes for the screws are MISALIGNED!! For the second part we haven’t even heard back.We have been trying to talk to an agent since the beginning but no one ever answers the phones, it’s really annoying.Now we have a half assembled dresser all over the nursery, which we cannot finish because we are missing parts, there’s no way to know if we’ll get an answer in 2 days or 3 weeks, I really liked this model, now we don’t know if we should dismantle everything and just return it.If this gets magically solved I’ll consider changing my review, but so far I would never want to buy from Delta Children again.

Title: Decent dresser for the price
Review: Dresser arrived in a box that was pretty beat up, so I expected some chipping / dents. But thankfully the packaging kept the components safe and I didn’t see any issues from shipping.Assembly took a little longer than I anticipated in part because the instructions, while decipherable, are not as clear as Ikea instructions. Also, because the dresser is made partially of solid wood (which is great!) it was a little heavy to assemble by myself at 33 weeks pregnant. I had my partner help me with some of the steps. The only other complaint I have about assembly is that we had two bolts that could not align properly with the pre-drilled holes. So one is cross-threaded and the other sticks out slightly. This is not a huge problem, but indicative of the price / quality. Otherwise all the components were included and fit together.In assembled form, the dresser looks pretty good. The drawers are not perfectly aligned (see photos) but very, very close. About a day after assembly, I also noticed a small area on one drawer where the paint is bubbling a bit. That’s not ideal, but for the price overall I’m happy with the dresser.

Title: Great Dresser!
Review: This dresser is very solid. Yes the assembly may be time consuming, but the end result is worth it. A majority of the assembly is the drawers, but once you get one down you can breeze through the rest. As you can see in the photo, I changed the handles to give it a different look. Very pleased with the purchase!

Title: Bad quality!
Review: I really wanted to ignore all the quality reviews but we bought it and we had issues with the metal on which screws go in. The metal was coming out of the wood which would require gluing and fixing and for that price I did not want to end up fixing a piece and risk stability of the dresser. We returned the dresser. Very disappointed
