Title: It’s fine BUT customer service, not so much!
Review: I bought this 2 days ago, NOT knowing today, on Prime deals it would be 850.73, two days ago I paid $947.99 for it. This company will not do right by me and refund me the difference. I think that is horrible business on their part and they should make this right as most Amazon companies would if you just purchased something and then there was a cheaper price a day or so later! Not these people. If they decide to refund me the difference I will be more than happy to change my review. This is not right to treat loyal Dewalt customers this way! I have every tool you can think of from Dewalt and they’re great tools, and their customer service has always been above and beyond, but not this time, not from this seller.
