Title: Bunk bed
Review: The fact it looks like it’s two separate beds stacked on top of each other. When the girls get bigger then we’ll separate the beds. It’s very sturdy built. I like them wood material it’s made from very pretty. It is heavy. Bottom line my nine year-old granddaughter picked it out and her five-year-old sister. They both love those beds.

Title: As expected!
Review: I got the twin over full in Graphite.All the pieces were nicely painted and the set was complete. Nothing broken/chipped, nothing missing. The bed was delivered as expected. With the help of one more person this bunk was put together in about an hour or so. Looks really nice all put together. Color looks great. I also got this at a very good price deal (about half off original pricing). Was worth the buy!

Title: Great bunk for the price
Review: Son loves the blue color, the frame seems very solid. Easy for mom to assemble, other than one bolt that wouldn’t thread, and two guard rails missing their pre-drilled holes (unless I’m lazy and just imagined they should have been there). One giant ding in the bottom rail, but it’s on the backside so we’re going to live with it at this price. Used 6 inch mattresses – that thin, and without a solid surface like a box spring, we’ll probably add more support rails soon. Overall, a nice bed that hopefully lasts up to two hooligans.

Title: Good Quality. Excellent Directions
Review: It took about 4 hours for my husband to assemble. We were surprised that the parts fit together so well without issues of mismatched or missing parts or poor design. In two places we had to undo something and start over, but only because we got moving too quickly and missed something in the instructions. Once put together the bunk bed is very sturdy. We did discover that we needed to leave sufficient space between the bed and walls to allow for the ability to change bedding, especially for the top bunk because of the railings.

Title: I can separate the beds
Review: I was looking at a lot of reviews for bunk beds and went with this. Looking for a bunk bed that I can have 2 separate beds in each room when I get a bigger home. Assembly was really easy. I also got it on sale which helped me out being a single Mom.

Title: good and bad
Review: I purchased the Graphite version of this bunk bed and wanted to share my experiences, good and bad.The negatives:First, I’ve never purchased a product that has smelled this bad for so long. Perhaps other colors don’t have this problem. I put this together three weeks ago, and my son’s room still smells because of the bed. I wish it were warm enough to open the windows. Second, putting this together was no joy. I wouldn’t say it’s complicated, but it takes time (a lot of time, for me with kids helping/distracting, it was the better part of a day), patience, and most definitely two people for various steps of the process. Nearly all the parts go together with an Allen wrench that’s included. Thanks to that little guy, my index fingers and thumbs hurt for three days. Third, I purchased 5″ memory foam mattresses for both bunks. After spending 10 minutes in the full bed reading with my kids, I could feel the slats through the mattress. For children I doubt it’s an issue. But as an adult, I could never sleep in this bed in it’s current condition. You must either purchase a different mattress, or purchase and install a solid base or additional different slats.The positives:The bed is sturdy and well built. I don’t have any concerns about my kids sleeping in this bunk bed. They have no issues getting in and out of the bed or with using the ladder. The bed looks great. The graphite is a nice color, and a welcome change if you are tired of furniture that is either white or espresso. For this price, I think the bunk bed is a great value.

Title: Great customer service
Review: I bought this bed for my youngest girls when they were sharing a room a few years ago. We loved it from the beginning. They eventually got their own rooms so we took the bunkbed apart. We recently moved and my girls are back to sharing a room as we transition to a new place in a few months so we needed the bunk bed back together again. I somehow either lost or packed the screws that we needed so I reached out to the company asking if I could purchase new hardware. They were so wonderful at getting back to me rather quickly and since I had ordered from Amazon I was able to get them the purchase information so they could match everything. It was wonderful. Seriously it was so wonderful that they were willing to help me out. I’m not sure where I would have been able to find the perfect hardware to be able to put the beds back together. I won’t be misplacing them again and will definitely buy from this company again in the future. Thank you!

Title: Great bunk bed for kids and they love it!
Review: Bought this bunk bed for our 7 and 4-year-old boys. They love it, especially how large the full-size bunk is. The color is really more of a blueish gray than charcoal, but no complaints. So far it’s all holding up very well. We have smallish bedrooms with short ceilings (9 feet), and a ceiling fan, so the bed height and size stayed within our restrictions. I do not recommend having a deep mattress for this bed. Our older son had a twin mattress that was 12 inches tall, and it would have been too tall and therefore unsafe for the top bunk. Instead, we bought two Linenspa mattresses based off recommendations from other purchasers, and they work great! Installation was easy enough. The instructions were clear and had number guides for all the hardware. One person can actually do most of the work except for one or two places. I’m a SAHM mom with a working spouse, and I managed to build it in a day mostly by myself.

Review: This bed arrived quickly and was packaged well. Most of it went together well except for all the bottom bolts on the bed rails, the holes for the lock nuts were not deep enough to catch the bolt so we had to tap them further into the frame so the bolt would catch, sounds easy enough but one actually had to go so far that the lock nut protruded through the piece of frame so that the bolt could catch and a small piece of the frame broke off. Small enough to not disassemble and send back but bothersome enough to note. The rest of the bed went together well and quickly and seems sturdy enough fully assembled. The blue colour is very nice and overall, my son is ecstatic with his new bunk bed.

Review: The frame is solid and I love the colour. I had one small issue connecting a guardrail (on step 5) as the hole was too shallow and the screw wasn’t able to connect to the barrel nut. It was frustrating as I don’t have a drill but I thought to use my screwdriver to deepen the hole, which worked, and I was able to continue and finish the assembly. I love the color I purchased and that one problem was the only issue I had but I’m still very happy!
