Title: Excellent Vacuum
Review: The first Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum I purchased and received had an issue with a tilt problem and could not get it to work, however after returning it and reordering a new one it arrived in two days which was incredibly quick. Their response and support have been very prompt, and the follow-up of support has been exceptional. This machine is incredible, I have a 3600sq home with two levels and it cleans and mops very accurately. The heated mop option is a must, it gets into corners that a previous machine would not clean. Hopefully this unit will continue to perform for a long time. Great vacuum!

Review: This robot vacuum and mop is an absolute game-changer! With 4 dogs, I’m constantly dealing with fur and paw prints, but coming home to spotless floors has been amazing. It vacuums and mops in one go, even stopping to scrub tough spots and taking pictures of obstacles to avoid getting stuck. The self-cleaning mop pads are a brilliant feature, meaning less maintenance for me. It truly saves me so much time and keeps my floors looking great—highly recommend for any pet owner or busy household! **this video was taken on light clean. There is also deep clean and the option to vacuum only. Will pick up mop pads if area rugs are present.

Title: Defective out of box
Review: We were so excited to open and use our new vacuum. We unboxed it and followed all the instructions step by step and kept getting an error message that the wheels aren’t suspended. We reset it to factory settings, and trouble shooted it and the error never went away. Very disappointed that a $800+ item was defective out of the box. Buy at your own risk.

Review: UPDATE: I requested a replacement . The new one works perfectly. “Dreame” gets the floors so clean. Really happy with this purchaseThe base is not working properly, it fails to pump wastewater into waste tank and all wastewater stays in washboard. Have to clean the washboard after the use manually. Asked customer service for replacement, still didn’t get any answers.

Title: Game changer!
Review: Before buying this I had one of the popular brands vacuum only. The battery life was terrible and app was so limited. I did a TON of research. My Dreame is perfect. It’s amazing how customized I can make it. A lot of reviews don’t discuss this enough but the battery life is incredible, lasts for so long. It never gets stuck and reaches places that constantly surprise me. I love how I can have it clean multiple rooms and on multiple settings. It’s crazy how it knows where carpets are and doesn’t mop on them. Recommendation, a default setting is for the extending arm to be on minimum use. I changed it to max use and it’s wild how well it cleans under my fridge and corners with it. I can’t possible understand how anything more expensive would give me anything more than this. But I do know that anything cheaper and it’s gonna have to charge way too much. I also see the room order of cleaning so it doesn’t clean my mud room before my kitchen. It’s great having it vacuum only one room and mop/vacuum another. You can make changes mid cleaning for example make the suction higher or lower. Child proof locks are brilliant as my kids like to press buttons when I’m not looking. The mop pads get very clean after use and the water tank holds a ton of water. On the clean genius setting it will go back on its own and re clean extra dirty areas. The mapping is insanely accurate. I have an open kitchen/family room so I merged those two rooms and then created a line where I want to separate where each room starts and ends. Oh also probably the most important thing, this robot gets our house so clean! Ours is named Lightning McClean.I do have a cat and no hair has gotten stuck in the brushes which is very impressive.I don’t have any cons or negatives, this robot by far exceeds my expectations. My recommendation is don’t go cheaper because you’ll lose so much but you don’t need to go more expensive because you can’t really gain anything more.

Title: The brush comes off all the time.
Review: The brush comes off constantly as there is nothing to keep it on. Paid $800 for it and now I see that it’s on sale for $550!!! It is slightly quieter than iRobot and it does an okay job of mopping. I had left the film on to protect the surface but when it got wrinkled a bit it obscured the view and made it to spin and malfunction. The customer service was very prompt in troubleshooting.

Review: It was well packaged when it arrived. Setting up was straight forward. I got it working with my google home app.My house is nice and clean, I’ve used it a handful of time after work. I’m not sure why others are saying that thr vacuum doesn’t self empty, but it does.For the price, I was hoping that they come with extra mop heads, it gets dirty fast.Make sure to move any object out of the way. The noise level on standard clean is very minimal, but when you put in the extra power suction, it gets a little louder.Overall, great purchase and I definitely would recommend to others. To save a bit of coin for yourself just buy it during sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day etc.. .

Review: We have two large dogs. One is a German shepherd who sheds a lot. This robo vacuum is making our life soo easy. It picks up all the dog hair from every corner and mops as well. It is highly customizable with self cleaning mop pads. My only regret is not buying it earlier.

Review: I hesitated alot with this purchase. There is so much competition in this category, with lots of conflicting reviews. I can honestly say this has been the best purchase in a very long time. We are a 2 kid household, with a shedding dog and cat that accumulates alot if dirt/hair on our floors. I went from vacuuming and mopping every single Day, spending 100s of hours a year, to now coming home to a beautifully clean floor. The app is easy to use, tracking great, and the self-cleaning/drying mop pads wonderful.
