Title: Very user friendly with great app and updates/ notifications for care.
Review: Scene: we have a 85lb Golden Retriever & 2 Adult cats who shed a lot.Me: Spends 3 days researching all current Robovacuums to find the best trial for our first robovac. Results:After 3 days of researching different robovacuums and price points I decided to surprise my fiancee by getting one of these to help upkeep on our home. We live in Las vegas and it gets dusty and our floors definitely can feel a bit chalky and also covered with pet hair. We would have to Vacuum daily and mop constantly. I was tired of my fiancee spending most the day cleaning (and yes she enjoys cleaning it calms her please dont judge i do my part around the house too!) and not being able to spend time with her. She didnt want me to buy it but I did. I waited at least a month of owning before writing this review.3 days in i was having to remove the roller and cut off all the pet hair as the de-tangle comb wasnt working very well, but that is because there was so much of it and poor Johnny 5 (yes i named it!) was being over worked but he never gave up! After putting in all the hard work twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening for 2 weeks the house is completely different. Always clean floors i maybe have to cut off pet hair from the roller 1 every 2-3 weeks. It took a while for the cleaning solution to come in so we had it mop with just water and the water coming out of the Dirty water bin was always dirty and murky much to my fiancees surprise saying it wouldn’t do anything with just water but it did. Now that the solution finally arrived it makes the floors much cleaner and smelling a lot better with 3 animals running around. The app is amazing takes a few mins to learn but able to program several “scenes” and “scenarios” definitely make it a breeze to recall tasks and program auto functions at certain times a day.Ive created a Vacuum only scene for just the living room dining room and kitchen as well as a similar one just for bedrooms and hallway. Then created similar ones that have vacuum and mop then again with both and deep cycle cleaning for any different stages of household dirt or accidents. Then ive made schedules to cleaning 2x a day ( now down to once since it has kept the house under control so well) as well as once a week on fridays to do a deep clean of the house. In addition there is a section of the app that shows you how much is left on all the attachments like 30 hours remaining on roller or cleaning the sensors every 72 hours etc. Keeps you up to date on all your parts, lets you know when clean water is empty, dirty water is full, or cleaning the filter on the vacuum etc.It also alerts to when something is stuck in the roller instead of just continuing and damaging it does stop and wait for help to arrive.Only down side is it constantly eats up small cat toys, and doesn’t always recognize cords but this to me is only 1% an issue compared to all the good it does and peace of mind it gives on a daily basis. It doesn’t recognize as much as we thought it would but we have learned what it likes to try and eat and push those items into “no go zones” and all is well. Occasionally it tries to just roll over the table legs of our desk but it doesnt seem to mind the fact that its at a 15 degree angle from a flat floor and just continues on like nothing happened.Neutral facts that does not bother us, when emptying vaccum and water it can get loud but i believe there is a way to set what times are quiet times for it to not do those functions. We never have it run anyways past evening times and if we need it to do something on the fly well be awake anyways so this feature is not something we use but i believe it does exist.I also did not know Eufy was a side product of Anker and the battery is an Anker battery which makes me feel great as they make great products and i know this product if made like all their other products will last a long time. Also i purchased this through amazon and 2 days later it went on sale directly on their website for $100 less and i contacted them and they happily credited me a refund for the difference the same day, great service! Also a bonus this is covered by the amazon complete home protect plan through asurion if you pay the $17.99 monthly to protect your other amazon purchases this is covered too!In the end this is one of the best robovacs out there especially for those with pets. Dont get worried the first week or so will be rough but after that its been smooth sailing and now a everyday staple of our household my fiancee actually appreciates after tons of resentment towards it!

Title: In love with a clean house!
Review: This is my first robot vacuum and I absolutely love it! Review is after a current month of use.Object detection: 9/10This does a fantastic job of detecting common objects that might cause problems. You get alerts on your phone and it takes a picture of the object it avoided so you can review what you had laying around your house. It did however pick up a small charging cable once, I think it just had one of those once in a thousand chances to approach the cable on the ground at a perpendicular angle while it was laid out straight on the ground so the camera had a hard time recognizing it. Grey cable over grey rug you know. But I chalk it up to a fluke as its detected the cable on the ground when its more bunched up rather than laid flat out. When it did vacuum up the cable the vacuums tangle detection went off right away and the vacuum stopped in its tracks to prevent any sort of damageVacuuming: 9/10I love it but i will be hard pressed to give it a 10/10 on anything. Vacuuming works amazing for my modest apartment. I have no kids and no pets so it never has too much to pick up after it. The app allows you to set multiple type of modes from light vacuuming to more thorough deep clean. The vacuum itself it able to transition from my area rugs rather well, the only thing it seems to have issue with is lighter rugs but its more of a problem of those rugs then the vacuum. I can’t expect the vacuum to be smart enough to avoid the curled up ends of my hallway runner and not fold it over itself. My bathroom rugs are another story however. I have concrete floors and my mats slide around easily and because of this the vacuum can’t properly drive on top of them, ends up just trying to push them around. The auto-emptying feature can be a bit loud as well as the vacuum itself, I tend to let it run while i’m at work however so that has never been an issue for me. So nice coming home to a clean house every day!Mopping: 8/10Disclaimer I’ve only used the mopping feature a couple times. I haven’t used it on anything extensive, ive had a few minor spills that it appears to mop up well. Mostly i’ve just been treating this as a light mopping to clean up day to day dirt that accumulates during the week, I choose to run the mop once a week for my kitchen. The main reason i knocked it down to 8 is when i’ve applied a deep clean and watched it I believe the mop might have a tendency to dry out and not enough water gets applied. It could also be some settings I need to better apply.I will say I had some sticky spots on my floor and it cleaned it up properly so i’m 100% happy with it for my needs. The full self drying and cleaning feature of the mop pads it wonderful as well! I would recommend emptying the dirty water tank day of cleaning or else I would imagine it would start to smell having dirty water just sitting in that container. Also emptying it out quickly means it only needs a quick rinse with clean water to keep any sort of smell from building up and sticking inside from the dirty water. Which for me is a concern since the docking station sits behind the couch for me.AI Features:- Object detection 9/10: as i went over above earlier- Room Detection 10/10: Robot did a fantastic job mapping out different rooms in my house. Makes it so easy to explicitly tell it to clean certain rooms. For example due to my bathroom rugs I have it ignore vacuuming the bathroom on its daily task. Then on the weekend I can pull out my mats and send the bot to go clean just the bathroom, or I can set a weekly task for just mopping up the kitchen and main entryway- All in one cleaning 10/10: You can set the robot to figure out when it should vacuum and mop. I have concrete floors with area rugs, the robot will map out and properly detect your carpet and will intelligently figure out it shouldn’t mop your carpet and only mop the hardwood/concrete sections. In the map the app builds of your floor plan you can actually see it map out any carpet you have over hardwood floors. All in all I would say the AI does better than advertised. A good example is on setup, they’ll recommend you place the docking station somewhere with a good foot around both sides to make sure the robot can get back to the docking station and i’ve placed my docking station in a corner against a wall due to limited room. I can definitely see it have difficulty in navigating back to the docking station because it wants to make sure it doesnt scratch up the wall, but it always finds its way back with time. Ive tested placing it per recommendations and it has no issue navigating back to docking station immediately. but if you dont have a large place to put it, don’t worry about having too much room on either side, just make sure you have a nice straight unobstructed path in front of it and it will be fine.I was honestly feeling I was having trouble justifying the price of this just to keep my house clean, but honestly coming home to a freshly clean house everyday is a mental health game changer. Especially when you don’t have to put in any physical effort to keep it moderately clean. I come home and see the clean lines on my carpet from my vacuum running earlier, any small spills making breakfast are cleaned up before I get home.Another major bonus, since you can start cleanup tasks remotely. If you’re out on a date and feel like you might bring your partner back home, or your out with any company and you know they’ll be coming back to your place later to relax you can start a quick vacuum task to do a small bit of tidying up before anyone arrives telling it specifically to clean only the rooms where your guests might be relaxing!Edit:I would just like to give a few month update on this product since I know like myself hearing about how well these vacuums last after a few months is key. Vacuum is still a 10/10 for me. I come home to a clean home everyday after work, and it’s fantastic to use for my kitchen after I just finished cooking, letting it mop up any liquids that fell and vacuum up the little bits of food. My house always feels spotless and clean and it’s amazing.

Title: Worth Every Penny
Review: This thing has revolutionized the level of clean I’ve had in my house. Not that I was that dirty, but we have three cats and the hair can be a lot. By keeping it off the floor every day, it keeps it off of everything else and that has been a godsend.I’ve attached some before and after of a mess I purposely left for this review and it did good. A couple crumbs missed here and there but nothing bad. It does well navigating around/through objects, and has lidar to help map objects. The app has an ability for it to take photos to upload to the app for you to review. I don’t use this but could see this being really useful. This vacuum is truly capable and excellent, and the app hasn’t been neglected and instead used to elevate the experience to the next level. There are several app features that are nice like it has a map of your house that it makes and you can label rooms and setup schedules for just cleaning those rooms. Have kids that leave crumbs in the floor after dinner? Fine, have it clean the dining floor after dinner in the evening. You can alternate mopping and sweeping, and adjust the levels of mopping and the suction levels that it sweeps at too. It also will use more suction for bigger carpets.Having constantly clean floors that are truly clean has really been lovely. Having them done without any extra time taken away from my busy schedule has been a godsend. While this vacuum was expensive, I think it was really worth every penny.

Review: This was my first robot vacuum as I always thought they were a bit gimmicky. I chose Eufy because I have quite a few of their cameras and have always been impressed with the excellent build quality. The x10 doesn’t feel quite as solid as the cameras but it still impresses. It took me a while to figure out how to use the software but now that I have it is very comfortable. The first thing I did was have it automatically map my main floor. It managed to avoid the endless obstacles (I have 2 dogs and 3 cats + kids) and created a perfect map. Next came the cleaning. I have ceramic, vinyl and carpet on my main floor and it managed to do a great job on all of them. The battery life was barely sufficient to finish but I have a fairly large house (3000 sq ft). It loads up the mop with water and cleaner automatically and even refills and cleans the mop heads as needed. If also self empties the dust into a large storage bag at the base at the end of the cleaning.I had it map the second floor using their multi-map feature. It can sweep/vacuum a floor with no base unit but it cannot mop. I understand why since it has no chance to clean the mop heads once it has started or to refill the water reservoir. It would be nice if they sold optional base units to get around this limitation. The only unknown at this point is the longevity of the unit. As of now I am thrilled with the product. I will update this review if the unit fails to stand the test of time.

Review: Awesome product and very easy to set up. Excellent mapping and very good suction. I am very impressed with the cleaning. My once a week cleaning with Dyson manually now turned out to be three times a week this this machine with no effort. What a big time saving.

Review: This little buddy work quite well to vacuum and mop the floors! He’s pretty thorough and you can tell there’s some brain and vision going on in there; lots of improvement compared to my other robot vacuum I purchased about 4-5 years ago! I only found out recently you can purchase cleaning product adapted to it, can’t wait to try that out, but even with water only it was doing a good job keeping the floors clean. The app is quite easy to use, though some small improvements could be made to make streamline it even more.My only small complaint is that the dirty water tank contains quite a lot of nooks and corner that make it harder to clean; I wish the interior was flatter with rounded corners to make it super easy to clean, because it can get pretty dirty in there (which in itself is good, since all of that dirt was actually removed from the floors! I just wish it was easier to clean the dirty tank itself as well!)Still deserving 5 stars despite the very small flaws!

Review: Pros:- mops and vacuums simultaneously, empties itself and cleans and dries mop pads on its own!- the app allows custom cleaning including cleaning only certain zones as well as selecting the type of cleaning for each area you want – for example, I can deep clean just the kitchen floors and regularly clean and mop the rest- the app allows scheduling for when I want it to clean automatically, how often and where exactly- avoids and detects things on the floors and avoids them- allows use on multiple floors with multi-map enabled- maintenance tasks are managed by the app and shown clearly when neededCons:- when the vacuum empties, it’s loud for a few seconds- did not go under my sofa and table – this is a big drawback for me- The unit returns to the station frequently to clean and wash mop cloths as well as in the middle of cleaning to recharge the unit – so cleaning time does run long- needs a bit of space around the unit for set upI run the unit overnight or really early in the morning to always have clean floors. After mealtime, I have a scenario set up to deep clean – (vacuum and mop) the kitchen area in front of the stove and fridge and only vacuum around and under the table.I’ve had another brand of robot vacuum that allowed mopping if you changed the tank, and the vacuum needed to be emptied manually after every cleaning. It worked well for me but I found I rarely used the mopping feature as once it was done vacuuming, it would need to charge, and by the time it charged, I had either mopped already or moved on to other thingsThis unit has saved me a ton of time as it doesn’t need much intervention, and my floors have never been cleaner! I love all the customizations, but the only major drawback is that it is not slim enough to clean under my sofa or my coffee table.

Review: I’ve been using the eufy X10 Pro Omni robot vacuum and mop for a few weeks now, and it’s become an indispensable essential in our household. Before finally deciding to get this eufy, I spent almost 3 weeks researching extensively, and this was the result. It was the right decision hands down, this robot, at its price range, is simply incredible. Not sure why would anyone want to invest double the amount for potentially a few more additions that wont add a lot of value to the overall cleaning process. Here’s a summary of my experience so far.Note the current firmware on my X10 as I’m writing this review is v2.1.10Suction Power and Cleaning Performance:The X10 Pro Omni boasts an impressive 8,000 Pa suction power, which is more than enough for everyday cleaning on carpets and hard floors. It easily picks up hair, dust, and debris without issue. I have seen this level of suction power on higher-end models so its great that eufy opted to add it here. I did replace the included roller brush (with bristles) with the new all-rubber roller brush. It was available on the eufy website for around $20. The new brush doesn’t collect any hair but it will make vacuuming on hard floors louder, probably because of the sound of the rubber hitting on hard floors as it rotates. However, the included brush didn’t have a lot of tangled hair anyway and there is a new mechanism that eufy implemented to have the brush roll in reverse to cut the hair while emptying it’s dustbin at the base station. The dual rotating mops with 12 mm auto-lift is fantastic and probably the highest I have seen (aside from one Dreame robot that can leave its mops behind at the base station). The mop heads effectively clean hard floors, and the auto-lift feature prevents them from getting carpets wet when moving between surfaces. The AI obstacle avoidance (AI.see) is probably where the X10 Pro Omni truly shines. The robot navigates my furniture and obstacles with ease, rarely getting stuck or bumping into things. I haven’t had any incidents of it damaging delicate objects. The robot will take photos of objects that it identified while cleaning and will send you an alert on the app and it’s very accurate. In robot reviews that I watched earlier, this level of obstacle avoidance is only possible on the more expensive models, and even then it’s probably not as good, so kudos to eufy on getting this right. Note that it’s not possible as of now to use the camera on the robot to monitor your house. I guess after the issue with some eufy cameras and for privacy reasons, eufy has opted to disable this feature. It would be great they include an option in the app to turn it on or off in the future.Mop Washing and Drying:The self-emptying base station eliminates the need for constant emptying of the dustbin. The vacuum is very loud when it’s emptying the dustbin however, this only lasts a few minutes. The auto mop washing feature is fantastic. The base station cleans the mop heads after each cleaning cycle, keeping them fresh and preventing them from spreading dirt or bacteria. The built-in hot air drying ensures the mops are ready for the next use without leaving streaks or moisture on the floor. One thing that I hoped the eufy had, which is probably only one of 2 or 3 missing features available on the more expensive robot brands, is the ability to automatically add a cleaning detergent to the clean water tank. I bought the eufy-specific detergent brand from their website (they recommend using their brand) because it’s not available on Amazon yet. You only need to add 1.5 caps (15ml) to the entire water tank (3L).App Control and Scheduling:The eufy app allows for full control of the robot. You can schedule cleaning sessions, set no-go zones, adjust suction power and water flow for mopping, and monitor cleaning history. The app is user-friendly and intuitive, even for those not familiar with robot vacuums. The option to create specific cleaning zones within a room is a nice feature. For example, I can set the robot to focus on high-traffic areas like the kitchen or living room. You can also decide on how to clean each specific room separately by adjusting suction power, water level for mopping, deep cleaning, etc. The app also provides the ability to integrate with home assistants from Amazon and Google to control the robot with voice commands.Battery Life and Maintenance:The battery life is good, lasting for a full cleaning cycle on my apartment layout (around 1200 sq ft) on a single charge. It’s important to remember that this will hugely depend on the cleaning settings that you have, whether its deep clean, higher suction power, and so on, this will greatly impact the battery level.Routine maintenance is minimal. The dustbag needs replacement occasionally (maybe every 2-3 months), and the brush needs cleaning and eventually replacement from time to time. The app provides helpful reminders for all these tasks as it monitors hourly usage to determine the next robot item to service. One thing I noticed is that it takes around 2+ minutes to charge 1% of the battery. And in normal cleaning mode, it consumes, on average, around 1% of the battery every 1-2 minutes.Overall Impression:The eufy X10 Pro Omni is a powerful and feature-rich robot vacuum and mop. It offers excellent cleaning performance with its strong suction and innovative mop system. The self-emptying base station takes convenience to a whole new level. And while the price point might be on the higher side for some, it’s important to remember that the eufy is almost half the price of the higher-end models with identical features (some more expensive robots can’t even do proper object avoidance). It’s a worthwhile investment for those who value an automated cleaning experience with high-tech features.
