Title: A game changer for effortless home cleaning!
Review: I’ve had multiple robot vacuums, and this one is a real game changer! It’s honestly made cleaning my home so much easier. The suction power is seriously impressiveâit doesnât mess around when it comes to carpets and picks up just about everything in its path. I donât have to worry about missed spots in the corners either, since the edge-cleaning feature really gets in there. This is great because I donât bother to go over with a broom afterward. What I appreciate the most is that I no longer need to constantly pull hair off the brush like I did with my handheld vacuum thanks to the anti-tangle technology.The noise level is also surprisingly low compared to my other robot vacuums. It does a great job avoiding obstacles too, so I never have to rescue it from getting stuck. The app lets me customize my house layout with furniture mapping and set no-entry and no-mop zones, which makes it super convenient and flexible.The base station is awesomeï¼ it refills the water, and even washes the mop, and has a self-cleaning function, so it’s always ready to go. Title: Error- Lidar cover obstructed
Review: Brand new. Worked great for the first hour, then got an error that Lidar cover is obstructed. The Lidar camera spins for a few minutes, then stops. The appâs suggestions didnât fix the error. I also tried compressed air, cleaning all cameras and lenses, downloading new firmware, rebooting, moving to different room, nothing worked to clear the error. I am ready to box it up and ship it back.

Title: Great vacuum and mop!
Review: This cleaning machine has so many features. you can map your house and itâll clean based on the layout. itâs pretty accurate too as you can map it yourself or the machine maps it for you. surprisingly it is also not noisy at all. I have bought other vacuums before, and the noise is too loud to bear. itâs also pretty easy to set up. You can download the app and it will tell you the step-by-step to setting it up and connecting it to your phone. One feature that I find very exciting is the camera feature you can check the camera to see where your vacuum machine is cleaning. I have been using it to monitor the house as well. it also has a built-in drying feature where it can dry the mop after the usage so you donât have to clean it yourself. I love it!

Title: GREAT PRODUCT – but don’t try to find a replacement dust bag – even manufacturer can’t find them
Review: Just got this and it’s great product but it only came with the 1 dust bag installed. Soon as it filled up I was stuck. Spent hours online and on phone with Eureka website and parts dept and no one can find a replacement bag or tell me a style/model number to use to find one online anywhere. At this point, I still don’t have a replacement bag so this is sitting useless in my kitchen. Can’t run it without a bag and since it only came with the 1 bag and that is now full, it’s out of commission. Really ticked off right now. Was hoping to have my house spiffy for Thanksgiving and it’s back to vacuuming and mopping by hand. After spending a ton of money! I literally have spent over 2 hours now talking with Eureka and no one can tell me even the model info for the bag to search for them online elsewhere. They just say they have an internal part number but it’s out of stock indefinitely.

Title: EASY TO WORK AND WORTH TO BUY!
Review: I bought this for mopping the floor with self drying function, but it surprised me that this has large space for vacuum too!! It is easy to set up and work very well with different floor, hard floor, wood floor, and vacuum the carpet! after buying this, I don’t need spend an hour to mop my house by my hand! it saved my time very much, all what I need to do is changing water and replace water once a week!! it’s worth it to have it with all these functions!
