Born from a desire to create a warm and welcoming home, the residence embraces brick as its primary material, chosen for its ability to imbue even a large house with an inviting aura.
At the heart of the design philosophy lies the Green Architecture concept, emphasizing the importance of maximizing air circulation and natural light throughout the dwelling. This principle is seamlessly integrated into the Flick House, both indoors and outdoors, with the inclusion of four distinct gardens, each serving a unique purpose.
The Main Garden, adjacent to the family room, facilitates easy access and encourages airflow across the first floor. The Private Garden, a tranquil retreat bordered by a fish pond, is nestled within the main bedroom area. The Floating Garden, located on the second floor, benefits from a spacious sliding door, fostering an ideal microclimate and promoting optimal air circulation.
