Title: Beautiful Design, Poor Packaging and Support
Review: The artwork itself is visually striking, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. One of the panels arrived with a noticeable indentation, clearly caused by poor packaging during shipping from the manufacturer—not the reseller. However, the reseller provided little to no support when I reported the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, I was only offered partial credit and forced to navigate a frustrating shipping claim process. The lack of proper packaging and inadequate customer support overshadow the potential of this product. Until the manufacturer and reseller address these issues, I can’t recommend it.
