Title: Excellant Pellet Stove
Review: A great pellet stove. The various control features make this stove a one of a kind. The way it regulates to maintain temperature is awesome. It is not just a turn on and off stove to meet the required temperature.Also the sleek look of it makes it fit it smaller areas and not take up a lot of room.I have had pellet stove in the past and this one is the best yet.I would recommend this stove for anyone looking for one.

Title: Freedom Independence pellet stove.
Review: Well, this stove preforms better than we anticipated. Last year we had an ice storm that knocked out the power for 3 days so we knew we needed a heat source beyond electricity. This stove is the answer! It lights up in about 4 minutes and warms up very quickly. We are very happy with this pellet stove and ready for the next storms this winter!

Title: Great customer service from Nate at Pellethead
Review: I had a little issue with the temp censer and I contacted PelletHead and Nate took care of me right away! The stove was very easy to hook up and setup. I was burning pellets in just a few hours. It puts out great heat and I really like the different modes it has. I really like the ECO mode as it looks like it will save me money on pellets. One of the other things I liked is there are a lot of videos on you tube on how to setup, start up, program and clean the stove. Nothing better than watching someone do it for you the first time. One last thing, not only does it come with a remote I can use from my lazyboy chair…it comes with WIFI for my phone!!?? WHAT?! Yes, I can adjust the temp, fire height and fans from my appt on the phone. I give this stove a 10 out of a10 and would recommend it and PelletHead so far.

Title: Nice stove
Review: Overall a good pellet stove. It lights quickly, runs quietly and does a nice job of heating the house and maintaining consistent temperature. It does take a little longer to get to that temp than my previous one, and the hopper DOES NOT hold 40 pounds, probably more like 30. But I am more than satisfied with the unit especially at this price point. Would recommend 👍.

Title: Work’s awesome with and without power
Review: I have absolutely no complaints in the year I have had and have been using this stove it’s safe several hundreds in heating bills every month. Probably going to buy one for my shop next!!

Title: Owners manual miss information
Review: For the most part the stove is very nice. In the owners manual it says the fire power level can be set by the user but, that only works in the two modes where the stove never shuts off. That gets my house too hot. The other two modes where the stove will shut down; it only operates at the highest, absolutely inferno level. If that isn’t bad enough, after it does shut down and the stove is very hot. The convection motor speed drops to the lowest level. Not good. So I always have too bump the fan up one or two levels each time the thermostat reaches temperature setting. So much for automatic. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because, of the problem in the temperature control modes. The manufacture also said they are not going to fix it.1/3/2024, I found another problem over the new years weekend. It being colder days; I was trying to run the stove more often but, could not. Found out the stove has too shut down completely before it can be restarted again. That turned out to be a 2 hour period. While waiting for the stove to restart my main house furnace had to operate twice. When the real cold days show up; it’s going to be rather pointless even having the stove. I had to reduce the number of stars to three.
