Gentle yoga for legs & thighs. The hamstrings tend to get really tight as we age because we spend so much time sitting. Surprisingly, tight hamstrings contribute to lower back pain. This practice will help, especially if you do it TWICE A DAY – little and often is the way forward. 😊
