The hard part about sticking to a diet and exercise routine is finding that motivation. This book has provided that to me. As he shares his experiences and wealth of knowledge, James encourages the audience on living a healthy lifestyle and how it will change your life for the better.I will recommend this book to anyone that constantly talks about wanting to have a healthy lifestyle, but they lack the know-how. It’s easy to say, “I want to be fit and healthy.” It’s really hard to achieve that though, especially when the alternative is so easy. We always want the easy way out, even when we know it isn’t the best. This book will help bring you back into perspective and will teach you how to achieve your goals and keep working towards them.

Title: Excellent tips
Review: Health and Fitness Tips That will change Your life by James Atkinson, this is a self-helping book because the author manages to give you everything you need to get your fitness, mindset, and dietary goals. The book is very well written, it has a lot of details, starting with his story and then widening enough to be understood in the first part of the book and in the second part of the book he gives advice about how in a daily manner you can get start first, set your mind, then with a little exercise, then with a minimum change on your diet and so on until you are doing all you need to reach those goals. I find it easy to follow, has a steady pace and a lot of tips to help the reader. It looks so easy to follow that I will give it a try myself, maybe with this kind of help I will be able to reach my fitness and diet goals. Well done Mr.Atkinson.

Because this a routine that is spread over a significant amount of time, having this in paper format might be helpful. The author is a certified fitness coach, long distance runner, and bodybuilder. I find that adequate experience to offer advice for adopting a healthy lifestyle.This self-help book stands out to me for not being gimmicky. There are no restrictive food plans pushed, no supplements for purchase, and no more material needed than this one book and a desire to change your life. The style the information is given in is one of real life. Simple, quick adjustments to current eating habits, customizable exercise additions, and common sense nixing of negative influences in the way you approach your health in general. Health and Fitness Tips is a no-nonsense manual for living the healthiest life you possibly can, regardless of your current position on the health spectrum.

Review: Another fantastic well written and inspirational book by James Atkinson. Although i have trained for over 20 years a good 50% of James’ amazing Health & Fitness Tips i will be adding to my daily routines over the coming months. These small and easy to implement top tips are a perfect way to refresh and refuel your training regime for anyone like myself who has been going through the motions for many years now.This is NOT just a book for the beginner and i would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in health and fitness even if just as a source of inspiration and to give you a new outlook on your training efforts.FANTASTIC, well done James you’ve kicked my butt yet again, I was up at 5am this morning back to my running again.
