Title: Beautiful, just wish it were slightly fuller
Review: It was very easy to set up and minimal flocking fell off. I spent about two hours fluffing mine before I started decorating it. I do wish it had more lights and should have added some to it before decorating it, I definitely will next year!

Title: WARNING – Terrible Customer Service
Review: This product has flocking that is sticky and messy. It was difficult to get up off the floor and rugs in my living room. I found that I needed to return it because our small puppy got sick when she licked up some of the flocking that had fallen to the floor. The seller said they accepted the return, but then refused to send me a return label, wanted to charge me $25 for the return in addition to paying for return shipping, and tried to negotiate with me to keep the item when I clearly couldn’t use it in my home. After 5 days with no resolution, and 2 attempts to settle through Amazon, an Amazon associate approved a full refund with no need to return the item. Unless you are certain this is the tree for you, I would be cautious in purchasing from this seller.
