2️⃣ KNEE/LEG FLOATS. Again, really good place to start learning stabilization of the lumbo-pelvic region and doing lower limb movement. This time it’s in supine with focus on keeping neutral spine when the leg lifts and getting a conscious separation of lumbar spine vs. hip
