Title: Absolutely gorgeous! Soft, well-made, beautiful and lays flat!
Review: This rug exceeded my expectations. Itâs the perfect shade of beige to match my coastal condo color palette. Itâs luxuriously soft underfoot and lays perfectly flat. We didnât need a pad because the bed keeps it in place, and the underside is not rough or scratchy. It vacuums up without issue but my vacuum has paddles instead of a brush so Iâm not sure if a vacuum with a brush roller would cause problems. I wish it came in a 10×13 for my living room because Iâd buy it in a heartbeat crazy that it gets only 4.0 stars because Iâm as picky as they come and I think itâs exceptional.

Title: Smells horrible, terrible customer service
Review: If I could give this product zero stars I would have. I bought this rug and it has a terrible smell. A crossed between skunk and Marijuana. I put it outside for 2 days to air out. When I had to bring it inside due to weather, I placed it in a room with windows open and still the smell is strong. I attempted airing it out as recommended by the seller for 4 days and the smell hasnt changes except now my house smell terrible. I reached out the seller to return and was told I’m responsible for the shipping cost. I would not have argued with it if I just simply didn’t like the rug but the fact that it has stunk up my entire house, I feel I shouldn’t be responsible for the cost of shipping it back. I have message with the seller twice and have been told each time they will not cover the shipping back cost. Do not order from them unless you want your house to smell bad and lose out on over $100. The shipping was very expensive to send such a large and heavy rug back.

Title: Exactly what I wanted
Review: Great rug! So far itâs been here for a week and has survived the paws of two crazy dogs wrestling on it. I would definitely make sure your vacuum is on a high setting due to the weaving. Itâs nice and thick. The only thing is this rug does has an odd smell attached to it, to me it smells like a skunk, that makes the house also smell- I seem to be the most sensitive one to it. Iâm hoping thatâll go away with time

Review: The rug is beautiful, but thicker than I expected. Unfortunately, it arrived slightly damaged. I contacted the seller, but missed their reply. They called me back and offered to come and pick up damaged rug and bring a new one for replacement. When guys showed up they apologized like several times. I felt so bad. The customer service is amazing they communicate and keep you updated. The rug feels great. Very soft.

Title: Great for dogs and heavy traffic!
Review: VERY soft and surprisingly resistant to stains. I have this rug about a foot from our back door and have two dogs and a husband that are always going in and out. Any mud/dirt vacuums up easily without the need to bust out the carpet cleaner! Was weary about getting a light rug but this one is fantastic. My dogs also love it!
