Title: Functional and perfectly sized
Review: I’m not sure why there are so many tech and gadget reviews that pan the Fire HD Tablet. I already own an 11″ iPad Pro and an 11″ iPad Air but I wanted something sized like my old iPad Mini that I can use to read, surf and watch movies in bed. I think Apple has priced its Mini out of the “just use it to surf, watch and read” market. I’m certainly not going to use it to edit, write or do any work on, it’s too small to do anything effectively, I bought the Fire HD 8 10th Gen 2 years ago and side installed Google Play Store so I can get all my apps that I have on IOS. But the Android OS is too dated and a lot of my apps would no longer work or update. I bought this using the upgrade and trade-in discounts so price was like $50. It does everything I want it to, all the content apps I have on IOS work just as well here. It’s bright enough and loud enough for what I want but most importantly it’s small and light enough for my needs. I don’t really care about the camera, Bluetooth, latest Wifi spec, connectivity with my Apple devices, I just want to read, surf and watch on it and for that it’s perfect and the price is practically a steal. I don’t have a problem with the ads, just ignore it when not using.

Review: Bought as a gift for 16 year old. She is very happy with the tablet. Wifi , function is perfect for Google, playing games and researching. Very good quality, of course you want the protection plan just in case. Charges fast and holds charge a good period of time. Very slim( thickness wise) to be able to store in a drawer.

Title: Great little tablet for the price.
Review: this tablet is great for the black friday price. initial set up was rough, device froze, but its up and running now. the apps that i could get run well, and i enjoy watching movies and reading comics on it. Audio is good from the 2 speakers and theres a headphone jack, which is a plus.I got ad support. it isn’t too invasive, only on the lock screen which is fine. the ads come in muted but watch out for hitting that speaker button, the audio will play at almost full volume.i knocked a star off because there isn’t google play support out the box. I was able to side load it onto the device, but that took a bit of effort. Even still, some apps and games i wanted to play still are not compatible on this device.I also put a 1 tb micro sd card in. you have the option to set it to internal memory or portable memory. I chose internal and that card now lives in the tablet. all apps and other data install directly onto the card. 32gb base is unusable in 2024, so I’m glad theres an option for a micro sd card.overall, i like this purchase. bought it mainly for its form factor. having a tablet this size is easy to bring around with me and even fits in my hoodie pocket.

Title: This is my 4th one!
Review: I call these my “tiny TV’s”. For such a tiny price they provide so many hours of entertainment. Have had no issues with any of these. Most apps that I use are available and simple to install. Great screen resolution. I have dropped a couple of them and they were fine, although I always keep them in a protective case. Nice product, undoubtedly will buy again. Outstanding value for the money!

Title: Excellent, what a great surprise!
Review: I had owned a previous Amazon Fire tablet, maybe the 7 inch from a few years ago. It just sat in a drawer because it was basically useless, very frustrating to use. It was just way too slow, had poor battery life and just didn’t do anything great. I thought I would try again with one of the 2024 models, the Fire HD 8. What an awesome surprise! This new model is actually quite nice, awesome in fact. It’s slimmer, has a great screen, all of my apps from my previous model were installed automatically, and the tablet is just super fast compared to before. I can watch videos on it just fine, I don’t need it for photos so the 2MB camera is OK. I have the 4GB memory and 64GB storage. It’s plenty big enough. I am very happy with this and the price was incredible. Even when it’s not on sale it’s an excellent buy.

Review: I purchased a new Kindle tablet for myself. My other tablet is used by my niece and nephew. I wanted my own and not worry about sharing or out of power. The screen is great and sound so good. Very nice tablet, that is easy to connect to our WiFi. It’s easy to maneuver the functions and the size is perfect.

Title: good for its price, but can improve!
Review: I actually bought the tablet as a gift for my mother. And I will just say that there is a quality-price ratio here. It is not the best tablet, nor the fastest, but it does its job. Sometimes it is a bit slow or the touch screen does not respond immediately (I will have to check the screen options to see if this can be fixed). The 8-inch size is perfect for carrying it everywhere (but I recommend buying a protector, to extend its useful life and put a micro SD in it to gain more memory). For using streaming services, YouTube, social networks, shopping on Amazon and checking email, it is very good. Although I am sure my mother will only use YouTube, Facebook and any platform that broadcasts Turkish and Asian soap operas.
