Title: Versatile and Powerful Kitchen Tool with Precise Temperature Control
Review: I primarily chose this appliance because of its 1800W capacity and the included temperature probe, which allows for more precise measurements during cooking. What truly stands out is its incredible versatility: I can use it for sous-vide cooking, maintain the perfect temperature for making yogurt, melt sugar candy (320°F) without needing a candy thermometer, and even melt chocolate without a double boiler. With just this one appliance, Iâve been able to eliminate the need for several other kitchen tools. The controls do require a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of them, theyâre easy enough to use. While the built-in fan is audible, itâs not overly loudâyou can easily hold a conversation or watch TV at normal volume while itâs running.Iâm hoping this unit proves to be durable because I plan to use it a lot. For now, itâs proving to be an indispensable tool in my kitchen!

Title: Fully adjustable and it works as advertised.
Review: First of all I started with the Flex model. I was impressed with it. Then wanting a larger model I read about this Titanium model which included a temperature probe. It is outstanding with many adjustments for personal cooking habits. It is a good-looking unit and versatile. An outstanding value.

Title: Quick, easy, versatile, good value
Review: Pleasantly surprised by this PIC.Pros: It fits perfectly on our current gas stove top where we have disabled one gas burner. Itâs fast, has a lot of settings, great simple cook book, reasonably quiet cooling fan, stable base, and multiple adjustments for speed and wattage, and some pre-programmed cooking sets.Nits: the ceramic surface is a little difficult to keep shinny. There seems to be a slight film residue from each use. A clean cloth with a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol seems to help. Also we really DONâT like the huge LOGO/advertising across the entire cooking surface. It mares that otherwise sleek look of this PIC. There is already a logo on the front, no need to SHOUT it out.Otherwise we would highly recommend this induction cooker.

Title: Convienient, easy to use.
Review: Bought this to learn about induction cooking. It’s now my go to for a number of tasks. Current stove is gas, I really like it. The Nuwave makes a number of tasks easier and faster. I generally use it for breakfast, eggs etc. I also find it better for making Quesadillas for lunch. Advantages, heats quickly, with the right pan, temperature is very controllable and while the defaults are good it is also easy to add in special temperatures. Disadvantages: Special pans, must have some iron or steel in the bottom. Takes a good bit of counter space. I would recommend it.

Title: Top of the line
Review: Wow!! I bought 2 for my daughter in college. This is the safest hot plate on the market . Itâs literally better than the stove she has in her community kitchen. Very safe once you lift that pan off the burner it shuts off. Love this! Best product to use for camping too. Just amazing how even and how well it cooks. Definately a must if you are in the market for a hot pan

Title: I have used this very little but it has worked excelently.
Review: I purchased this mainly as a standby during power failures and need to keep power usage low while on battery backup. I have used it for holding fairly low temperatures in making ‘gee’ which requires over an hour at about 230 degrees F. For this it worked flawlessly. I do plan to purchase an induction range in the future (I’ve used one extensively and prefer it over gas and conventional electric).

Title: I probably shouldn’t be so impressed by something that heats up a piece of metal..
Review: I have too many kitchen tools I just don’t use.. I’m over the bread maker and espresso machine and way too many “as seen on TVs” items from the 1990s. Do I really need another?Oh, did I ever. Here were have an inductive cooktop that:1. Has three wattage settings so that if you need to run it from something less than a 20A outlet, you can without tripping the breaker.2. I can set to 210 degrees and when I’m ready to add food, press the plus key once to get to 215. It literally boiled on command. When I wanted it to stop boiling – one click on the minus key and its back to 210. It then maintained 210 degrees until I turned it off.I’ve never had any gas/electric/microwave device that could do that. Truly amazing. I am curious to try caramel on it as the temp difference between hard and soft caramel is about 5 degrees. However, this device can accurately differentiate between 5 degrees, so Caramel Apples here I come. I haven’t even tried the probe yet.
