[Music] try our one minute bench dip challenge so what you’re going to do is have any kind of chair or bench you want to have your hands placed right against your hips before you start now when you slide off you can have your legs straight or you can have them bent straight is a lot harder bent is a little bit more of a modification now when you drop down you want to make sure that your elbows are pinned back into your sides and that you drop keeping yourself close to that bent you can almost go to that 90° Bend but no lower and then come right back up squeeze straight and then drop it right back down okay so that’s the move we’re going to see how many you can do in one minute you guys ready let’s go drop it down and up now I’m starting at the most challenging phase right because I want to give myself that challenge in the beginning when I’m strongest and then towards the end I might modify and bend my knees so you’re just dropping it down nice and slow and back up you want to have good form here because it’s not about the speed it’s about the strength right so you’re going to good bending those elbows and extending really try to think about squeezing at the top cuz then that tricep gets a lot of strength drop it down and up Bend and up make sure your back doesn’t go too far away from the bench you don’t want to be out here you see all the strain that might cause my shoulders and up keep going I’m getting tired here I’m going to bend a little bit ready come on don’t give up this is a really good challenge for the back of the arms you guys are doing great exhale H the top come on couple more until you’re about to give out nice job last one great job on that one minute workout for more ways to work those triceps try our jiggle Tamer workout see you next time
