👉 Mobility Exercise 2: Quadriceps Stretch on BOSU. You can also use a pillow if you like to dampen the pressure on the knee. This gets the full quads and rectus femoris and is essential for mobility around the knee as well as reducing the tension of tight quads pulling on the patello-femoral joint. It also helps biomechanics around the front of the hip when you get a good glute squeeze 😜and posterior tilt.
