Title: Flimsy return is not the same as most amazon products
Review: My dad and I put these shelves together they kept coming undone, the shelving was flimsy and wouldn’t stay. We decided to repackage everything and found out to return it Id have to pay to have it sent back because instead if sending it through amazon they sent it through UPS whichales even more difficult for the customer… So wont be buying off anazon rather go to a box store buy it if it doesn’t work out I can returb it without paying postage

Title: Good bang for the buck.
Review: Like the ease in assembly, however the plastic mallet they provide is a joke. Looks flimsy out of the box but very sturdy when construction is complete. Would buy again. Iâm not a bot and didnât receive anything for this review.

Title: Nice size to put in a closet
Review: Bought as extra storage to put in the closet of a bedroom-turned workroom. It fits underneath the standard shelf-and-clothes-hanger-rack combo pretty well and had a nice amount of shelving space.Calling it heavy-duty is a stretch- the shelves do have an extra brace in the middle, but they are made out of something between thin OSB and dense cardboard-I wouldn’t leave something very heavy sitting on it long-term (2000 lbs divided by 4 shelves should mean that each shelf can hold up to 500lbs- I definitely wouldn’t trust it to hold that, especially over time).

I was going to use it to hold 3 40 gallon tanks but I think over time it wonât withstand the weight. I replaced the cheap cardboard with wood and will probably use this stand for something else. The tabs that hook onto the frame look like plastic and the cross member for the shelf is a joke. Super thin material that you can bend and twist with your hand

Title: Flimsy steel and will it actually hold 2500 lbs?
Review: The materials are made of thin steel, so handle with care during installation to avoid bending. Once assembled, the stand will be stable. However, the wooden (MDF) boards are only 5mm thick. It’s doubtful they can support 500lbs. If you distribute the weight across the metal bars, it might hold although I am not sure it will hold 2500 lbs.

Review: Make sure you read the dimensions carefully. Picture makes it look like itâs a double shelf and it is not. It is way overpriced for the size of shelf.
