Ingredients
Dark chocolate: 500g, chopped
Unsalted butter: 100g, chopped
Golden syrup: 2 tablespoons
Digestive biscuits: 200g, roughly crushed
Mini marshmallows: 150g
Red and green candied cherries: 100g, halved
Pistachios: 50g, roughly chopped
Desiccated coconut: 25g

Instructions
Step 1: Line a 20cm x 30cm baking tin with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

Step 2: In a large heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and golden syrup.

Step 3: Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir the mixture occasionally until smooth and well combined.

Step 4: Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
