[Music] get ready to sculpt and tone those legs with these pool exercises let’s do this so for our first move we’ve got the Ali Shuffle and jumping jack beat combo so with this you want to move your feet quickly start in a scissor stance with your feet and you’re going to start with the Ali Shuffle going back and forth so you’re on the balls of your feet and remember you’re moving quickly here so you really working those legs then you’re going to alternate after about 20 seconds and switch to your jumping jack feet so it’s just wide and narrow you’re going back and forth try to get a full minute back and forth you’ll be feeling the burn for our next move we have the butt kicks now underwater you’re going to feel the resistance here as you bring the heel up towards the glute get your arms pumping with this one and really fire that heel up as high as you can go about 30 seconds to a minute with that one our next move is the crisscross jump okay so here what you’re going to want to do is leave both of the feet jumping up and you’re going to cross the legs and then land soft then you switch bringing one foot in front of the other alternating side the quicker you go with this one and the higher you get up out of the water the harder it’s going to be on those legs 30 seconds to a minute is all you need next we have the crossing butt kickers this is great to work those inner thighs and hamstrings so you start on both feet and you’re going to bring your left heel to your right palm behind your back crossing the midline so that you’re really using those inner thighs you’re going back and forth try to do it with Force so really get that heel up and bring it back and forth as quickly as you can go for about 30 seconds to a minute for our last move we have the split lunge hop for this one you’re going to go want to go in a nice wide split stance and you want to lower yourself down almost as low as to go under the water then you’re going to explode up out of the water switching your stance and repeating it on the other side so you’re going as low as you can jumping up Landing nice and soft this is a great move so that you lower the impact on your knees but still get that burn on the legs 10 to 15 on each side so the next time you hit the pool make sure to work those legs
