▶️ Here’s part 2 of 3 on tips, positions and pillow use for when you have knee pain, had a knee injury or recovery from knee or ACL surgery. It doesn’t work for everyone and everyone is different – but here is my guide and hopefully it works for you.
Try side sleeping first with a pillow between your legs – but if that’s too uncomfortable then sleep on your back with a pillow under your knee. Good chance to ice it in this position too.
Remember the rules about pillows for you head and neck when sleeping on your back and your side, but most of all it’s more important that you get a good nights sleep then worrying about which position you are in.
Part 3 is shoulders. Stay tuned!
