The Minute Essential Mobility Routine

This 5 minute full body stretch and mobility workout mobilises the 6 main joints in the body that tend to become restricted and stretches 4 essential muscles. It can be used as a cool down, to increase your flexibility and improve your musculoskeletal health. It includes stretching exercises for the four muscles than create a lot of our bad posture and shoulder pain. But perhaps more importantly, it mobilises the whole spine, the rib joints, shoulders and ankles for better musculoskeletal health. If you do it regularly, it will help prevent back pain, neck pain, knee & hip pain.
