Title: Not Dr Nows diet.
Review: Its almost like the author just used his name to get sales. If a yone has seen my 600 lb life they would no that Dr Now has said no to low carbs and no fruit. These recipes have oatmeal=carbs. Fruit=sugar, theres even honey, which is sugar. And he practically preachs about HIGH PROTEIN!!!!!Be careful and mindful this is not Dr nows recipes.

That’s half of my goal achieved. Now I’m bored of eating the same food every day because I can easily determine the calorie content of all the foods. It’s not sustainable. This book is a great help, just what I need for a fresh start. The variety of recipes is fantastic, the illustrations are appealing, and the ingredients appear to be affordable. I do have a slight issue as a vegetarian, but there are enough meatless recipes to provide me with the variety I need to continue. All the recipes seem easy to prepare, and the author emphasizes the importance of preparation. The calorie count is already provided, so there’s no need for endless weighing and calculating. Easy peasy.

Review: I like food but are currently trying to lose some weight. I bought this book for some new inspiration & help to get some funny meals. It can otherwise be quite boring to follow diets. I like that there is an overview for each recepy letting you know if it’s easy or difficult, how long it takes to cook & a nice picture how it should look like. Super happy & can really recommend!
