Title: Good information – Worth the price for black and white copy???
Review: I haven’t dove too deep into the recipes as of yet but I will say I was disappointed to see the book is in black and white. To me, recipe photos should be in colour so you can see all of the different elements come together and visualize how good I may be (especially for someone who may be struggling with sticking to a healthy lifestyle.) It should have been half the price, but it appears they cut costs to make it cheap and earn more of a profit which is why I took off a star.With that said, the book does seem to have a lot of great information in it. A lot of descriptions/definitions of nutrient items and how the different food categories benefit your body when used properly. I have been on a weight loss journey for months now and I’m less than 20 to my goal following my own good eating habits and years of research and knowledge to get it done right and get it done long term. I bought this more as a tool based on pure curiosity because of Dr. Now and what recipes I could add to my wheelhouse. Now that I have the book, I am excited to read all the information that is provided along with the recipes.

Title: Disappointed
Review: I was very disappointed in this book. It didnât appear to be the diet that Dr Now would give to his patients. All of the recipes are very high in carbohydrates. I returned this purchase. I would not recommend if you are following a low carb Lifestyle.

Title: Worth it
Review: I was 188 pounds. Iâm 5 foot 6 and 50+ years old. This book helped me realize that I can have good tasting meals and still be at caloric deprivation (800calories/day) to lose weight. Three months later, Iâve lost 20 pounds, and Iâm happier in my body. Iâm still old and bitter, but at least I feel better. 🙂
