Title: This Clock Sure Fills The Bill
Review: I received my GLVSAE 12-Inch Non-Ticking Battery-Operated, Large, Easy to Read Wall Clock in pristine shape. It came with an AA-size battery and hook for wall hanging. I couldn’t help but notice that the packaging was not only compact but quite sturdy; well-engineered, I would say.The description in the request for a review mentions a âStereoscopicâ Dial and Ultra-Quiet Quartz Movement. I’m not sure what they mean by âstereoscopicâ here, but I can say that the numbers were raised, well-proportioned to the clock face, and they provide excellent contrast (black on white background.) For this reason, I think it’d be OK to say that they were 3-dimensional at least. Suffice it to say that the numbers are quite visible. The second-hand is also of good proportion. The clock, is, in fact, totally silent, at least to the extent I can measure the sound pressure level. I mounted the clock inside my sound-conditioned studio space on the wall facing me. More on this below.As to why I chose to buy this clock, there are a couple of reasons; sight and sound. These reasons apply because they have to do with the fact that I am a voice actor and audiobook narrator/producer. First, as a professional, keeping track of time is very important and this clock, with its highly visible second-hand, is very easy to see. Second, my microphone is very sensitive, even able to pick up sounds that I cannot hear with my ânaked ear.â From a technical point of view, I must keep the ambient noise level in my recording studio space very low; between -60 and -65 decibels. The reading on this clock was below that.So, what’s the takeaway here? I’ve only had the clock for a relatively short time, but I can say that the size, configuration, good visibility, and no-sound qualities completely fill the bill for my professional needs. Kudos to GLVSAE. On that basis, I can wholeheartedly recommend buying one.

Review: Hello! I placed this clock in the longest room of our house (approx. 23 ft.). No matter where you stand or sit, it’s a sinch to see what the exact time is; quite a plus for us for we are both close to being 80 yrs old! It has a neet and classic look. We are really very happy with our purchase. By the way, having just a clean and thin black line as a frame, it can not clash with our decor! An incredibly good buy for this price!
