Title: Broken clock upon arrival.
Review: The clock had two tools broken off in the 4 and 5:00 position. The pieces were not in the box or in the wrapping paper, so it was packed for shipment this way without looking. There was no damage to the packaging. Needless to say, I am not pleased.
