Do you suffer from tightness or stiffness in the lower back region? Do you have lower back discomfort? This is an easy yoga sequence that will provide you with lower back stretches to strengthen and bring balance to the lower back area.
My husband has suffered with lower back pain and sciatica for years. He has herniated discs L4, L5, S1 and has approved this sequence as his form of physical therapy! In fact, this routine was made especially for him (by me) and has helped him immensely! Now…I thought I would share with you!!
I recommend that you go slow, connect breath and honour your body. This means to stop or pull back when ever you feel discomfort! It’s ok with take breaks and pause…
Try to practice this sequence 1-3 times a week to strengthen and bring balance to your lower back region.
