Title: Missing parts and cracked but taken care of quickly
Review: It seems like it would be a pretty good. Tray is a thin card board but other than that pretty sturdy. We had to send away for a new one because this one came cracked and missing parts. The new one is working out well, no problems with this one.

Review: I have to say I would highly recommend this seller but it’s an understatement. I had an issue and commented and I was contacted about the products defect. I use this all the time to practice spelling, word recognition and math with my 2nd grader multiple times a week and it was hard with the bubble defect. I was concated about this by the seller and I was given the option of a refund or replacement. I chose replacement since we use it regularly. I have to say I expected just the whiteboard/chalk board replacement and received an entirely new easel replacement with all parts. This type of customer service is un-heard of in my opinion and I was extremely satisfied with it. This is a wonderful product for visual learning but the fact that it was replaced entirely just made me want to share how satisfied I am with my service. Highly recommend this seller and their business ethics when something isn’t satisfactory. I will be buying more products in the future.
