Title: The orthotics give good support to your feet
Review: I have walk fit orthotics. 25 years ago, by using them I got out of leg braces, they supposed to align your body, I thought they were doing that, but they didn’t. I have a 1/2” lift on my left shoe. When I put these new orthotics on, I was surprised, I’m even. The price is right. I suggest folks try them. I give them an A+

Title: I was hoping for a bit more support.
Review: These do fit in my trainers, but would be too large for my other shoes – even with trimming. They definitely provide good support for the mid foot (I have always had flat feet). I am concerned that they might not help with over-pronation. I will keep wearing them and see how well they work.

Title: 5 stars – wish i had them years ago
Review: Overall, these get 5 stars. I have bought several pairs of these so I don’t have to put them in and out of my favorite footwear. They do get a little getting used to in the beginning. I think I have had bad posture for a number of years. I am on my feet a lot for work. I am not getting any younger, so I just figured the aches and pains I had were just associated with getting old, etc. Once I used these for a few days, it was either in my mind or they did help to support my arches and I believe I now have better posture. These will leave a compression area in the heel of whatever footwear you put them in–something like 1/8 inch depression +/-. The good news is they stay put very well then because of that depression. I have notice very little heel slip if any at all. I bought these on a whim because my arches were hurting while wearing my duty boots. I rarely have any foot pain any more. I paid about $20 a set for these. They are marked L and R. Make sure you put the correct support in the correct side footwear. You may laugh, but I have done it a couple times. My feet get to sweating sometimes and stink, so I have washed these by hand with no scent laundry detergent. I pat them dry-er with a paper towel and air dry the rest of the way. Do any of this at your own risk. I wish I had these years ago. 5 stars.

Title: Helps but not a cure
Review: Felt good the first few hours. First two days were fine. Third day about 6 hours into an 8-hour shift, the pain returned, and the arches gave some relief that made it possible to keep working without great pain, but by the time I got home, I could hardly walk again, as usual.

Review: Purchased to put in running shoes for the gym, trying to correct my feet from turning just slightly over on the outsides. Very comfortable so I just ordered and received my second pair to put in dress shoes.Too soon to tell if they will work for my problem, will update this review in a few weeks.

Review: These days it seems to be all about soft/foam support, moulding to your feet. But we still need arch support! These are hard supports but my arches and feet are definitely happier. I’m also a fan of 3/4 inner soles, just found them more comfortable than full length ones.
