Nerve glides (sometimes called nerve flossing, or nerve sliders) can help to release these nerves. It’s a bit like flossing your nerves. These 3 nerve mobilisation exercises work on the 3 main nerves that run down your arm. They’re quick & simple physical therapy exercises that can give rapid relief from arm nerve pain.
Median nerve gliding can help to relieve compressive neuropathies like carpal tunnel syndrome, pronator syndrome, or lacertus fibrosus syndrome.
