Title: This works with AT&T!!!!!! You have to call AT&T for it to work.
Review: I read the reviews and was on the fence about this product. I needed a loud easy to navigate phone with large numbers of my 81 year old mother in law. She had an Alcatel flip phone, but it wasn’t loud enough anymore and she started having a hard time opening it.When I put the SIM card in the Artfone, it worked right away, but then stopped, saying it’s not compatible with the AT&T network. I figured the reviews were correct, but decided to see if AT&T could fix. I checked online and it says the IMEI does not work on the AT&T network. I was on the phone with AT&T for about 17 minutes and now the phone works flawlessly. Get the phone, but know you have to call AT&T.

Review: This phone does not work. The charging base doesn’t work. After the phone is fully charged directly from the cable, there are no settings to set up. I read and reread the instructions. I’m in my mid-forties, so I shouldn’t have any trouble with this older style phone. I’m so disappointed. 🙁

Title: Not compatible with AT&T in my area
Review: Bought the phone to connect with AT&T, as it claimed to be compatible, but AT&T informed me that it was not compatible with their network. They somehow connected it anyway, and it worked in the area of AT&T store in New Hampshire, but not in nearby Massachusetts. Cancelled the line with AT&T and connected successfully with T-Mobile and it works well. It might work with AT&T elsewhere, not it does not work here. Nice and simple phone for the 90 YO user.

Review: Calls going through are hit and miss. 90% of the time it goes direct to voicemail and doesn’t even ring. The base use is simple but my Nan who I bought it for can’t deal with all the functions when it’s getting messages for every missed call etc. Not impressed.
