Review: We took this shovel as an addition to our regular snow blower for situations when there is lighter snow and for quicker clean up. Pulling out a regular snow blower requires a bit more logistics and prep, so we believe this shovel will save us tons of time.Shovel is very easy to put together, I was done literally within two minutes. There are no additional parts, you just plug-in one slide to another and inside the handle, there are also 2-pole connectors that just get connected. You canât go wrong as there are notches so you canât mix +/-. Then, you just straighten black âsleeveâ and youâre done.To my surprise, the shovel is not very light-weight but also I wouldn’t call it heavy. I think it will be just enough to get a job done. At the time of this review, there is no snow, so unfortunately, I canât test it in real-world conditions but if I come across any concerns, I’ll surely update this review.Things to note: handles canât be shortened or extended. When you put it together this is the fixed size.In addition, I have few doubts about fully plastic auger but it is really thick plastic, so I think it will be fine. But Iâd rather see some metal covering to enforce it and ensure durability. Given that purpose is light snow I guess itâs safe to assume that metal would only add additional weight and make it more difficult to operateConclusion: Given what I saw so far, Iâm fairly convinced this is solid quality and back lifesaver for light snow conditions. Ease of assembly, usage, charging, and – very important – storage is what makes this shovel great pick. So far no concerns, so 5 stars it is.Final verdict: 5 stars
