Title: Super effective almost immediately
Review: I’ve been using this for about 4 days for urge incontinence that had become increasingly worse over the last few months. I’ve been one to have to rush to the bathroom or make scheduled frequent stops for many years. But recently was often not making it in time and needing to wear pads. I decided to give this a try based on other reviews. The issues I’ve been having were improved after literally one day on this. At this point 4 days later I’m basically no longer having the sudden urges and the frequency is down so much. In highly recommend trying this product!

Title: Most effective I have ever used, including prescription meds
Review: After breaking my leg I developed severe nocturnal polyuria, with 6-8 trips to the bathroom (when I made it), and copious amounts of urine all night. I have been trying many things, and have taken prescription meds, with little improvement. I did two things to help myself the day I received the supplement. I took two capsules immediately, midday. I also found the website for The National Association for Continence. While I had been curtailing liquids for a couple hours before bed, the site suggested restrict fluids for 4-6 hours before bed, which I decided to do.To my amazement, I had three stretches of sleep, one for two hours and two for three hours. My urgency was controllable (I also have urge incontinence), and the volume of urine was dramatically decreased. I can only attribute this to the pills, aided by the fluid restriction. It happened again the second night, so it was not a fluke. The combination of ingredients in this supplement is the fastest and most effective help I have ever gotten from any medicine or supplement, including prescriptions. I highly recommend this supplement for those losing sleep to numerous bathroom trips at night.
