Title: good service & good product
Review: The aids provided me a excellant sound with easily adjustable volumes. The instruction via video on their website proved invaluable advice on becoming comfortable using the aids. It does require some patienceto learn to ignore some sounds. The charger is small and easy to use.I had the occasion to call their help number and got exceptional service from their representative.

Title: Beware
Review: I have worn several brands of hearing aids in the last few years. These are the worst. Perhaps they are defective?? Trying all the different settings, the sound is inconsistant. It is like the aids are turned off, then all of a sudden with a noise they come on. And when our grandfather clock is chimming, the aids turn off and on rapidly. I am sending them back. Also, the button for adjustment is awkward to use, especially if you have larger fingers.Perhaps these were from a batch of defective aids?? There were different prices from different suppliers on Amazon and I went with the company with the best price, which was several dollars less than the other companies.

Title: Their sound amplifiers.
Review: Bought these to use when my Hearing Aids had to be fixed.They work ok. Don’t have really good sound quality. Are prone to squealing if not placed just right.Do like the rechargeable case. The charge lasts all day. No batteries needed.I use them when i want Privacy as they are not blue tooth.They do what they are intended for.

Title: Not functional, whatsoever.
Review: Completely unusable. They screech when they come close to an ear and don’t stop. The feedback is constant and loud- it can be heard all through the house. Followed the directions to reduce feedback and nothing helps. Absolute garbage.

Title: They didn’t work well for me.
Review: I gave these a try. While I was a bit impressed at first with the quality of sound, there were a few problems that persisted. I even exchanged them for a 2nd pair to see if that would resolve my problems.First of all, I noticed an intermittent persistent hum. No matter how I positioned them in my ear or which ear cones I used, the problem persisted. It got irritating after awhile.The other issue I had was the some of the sounds that were amplified. The sound quality is so clear that I could hear my spouse in the other room talking on the phone and I could even hear the voice of the other person on the phone. By the way, the hearing aides were on the lowest volume.I bought these hoping to help me with my main problem, hearing people CLOSE to me talking, and not being interrupted from the surrounding voices and background sounds. I was at a party the other night, and I had to take them out when I was in a small group of 4 guys talking. I couldn’t really hear them clearly because the hearing aide was so good at amplifying the other people in the room.I’m going to look for another hearing aide that 1, does not have an intermittent hum, and 2 reduces the background ambience noise so that I can better distinguish the closer conversation, perhaps with some form of noice cancellation.

Title: Ease of use. Great value.
Review: I bought the aids because of my moderate hearing loss in both ears. The left is the one that I hear the best. I was frequently saying what did you say. My friends and family were supportive but I could tell that they were frustrated.I purchased my aids from Amazon for the convenience. The parent company has been very good with follow up.I have found the aids are easy to put in and I especially like the different levels of support for different settings, such as louder or softerThey are easy to charge and a great value for the money.

Title: For $200, quite a gizmo.
Review: Worked right out of the box. Five volume settings and four programs that actually work. Single button on each ear piece does all the switching. Sound quality is a little tinny but not bad. These things amplify all the sounds around you so if you can’t hear your wife when the water’s running you still wont be able to hear her when the water’s running. Eating your cornflakes makes more noise than you thought. Comfortable. Can take a little tweaking in your ear to eliminate feedback. Basically hard to beat for the money.
