Title: Phone worked great upon receipt
Review: Phone worked great upon receipt, however one day it just stopped working (after 30 days). No dial tone, no more incoming calls. It’s unfortunate this happened after the 30 day period as there is no way for me to get a replacement or refund. I am also unable to contact the seller as well, as when I have tried I get a notice popping up saying, unable to contact Blue Donuts at this time. We can do nothing more with it but keep trying to plug it in and hope it starts working again.For what it’s worth, it looks and worked great when it was working. No explanation on why it just stopped one day, we tried everything to get it going again. If you do purchase this be advised that it comes in a plain unmarked box with NO product information. I had no idea I had the phone until a week later because I had been looking for a box with the product information or a picture printed on the box. Silly me.

Title: Large numbers, small ear speaker
Review: Good phone but the speaker in the earpiece is difficult for my elderly grandmother to find (there is no real “cup” for the ear so to speak, so she being 93 has difficulty figuring out how to place is so that she can hear). For that reason, it is not useable for her and therefore will be returned.

Title: Great for elderly or vision problems
Review: This was just right for my elderly mother that has macular degeneration. Buttons are large and clearly marked. Easy to use. No extra buttons to confuse or complicate things. It does come with a very short cord that connects the hand set to the body but its easy to purchase a longer cord.
