Title: Works great!
Review: I’ve had this toaster oven for about a month now and, after doing some scavenger hunting on the internet for instructions and a little trial and error, I think it’s going to pretty much replace my regular gas oven.Let me save you a little frustration as to the lack of instructions, especially pertaining to the convection feature. If you select the “Bake” setting, the convection feature is activated. There is no way to turn it off, which is actually fine. What I have discovered is, if I’m baking baked goods (cookies, muffins, etc) you need to decrease the baking temperature by 25 degrees or reduce the baking time by about 25 %, or both. If you reduce the temp, start checking for doneness about 3/4 of the way through the baking process. If I’m baking a casserole, which contains more liquids or the like(‘cream of’ soups, eggs, cheese, etc) I use the recommended temperature in the recipe and let it cook the full amount of time. I made a tuna noodle casserole last week and it was perfect using the recipe exactly as written.I haven’t used the broil feature for meat yet, so I don’t have a point of reference for that feature and, as I’m single and just make toast in a regular 2 slice toaster, I also don’t have a review for the toast feature (I don’t need 8 slices of toast at once.)What I LOVE about this oven is being able to use my regular pans! I had a smaller toaster oven before and got frustrated by having to buy special pans for it. I ended up buying a lot of disposable aluminum pans. With this oven, I can use all of my regular pans (I have several Pampered Chef ones that I wasn’t able to use in the old toaster oven) except for a couple of my larger baking stones. So far, everything has baked so much more evenly than in my full sized gas oven that I’m absolutely thrilled. So, as far as the way the oven functions and the results I’ve had when cooking with it, I am very satisfied with this oven. The only negative comment that I have about it is that the instructions are almost non-existent. An individual shouldn’t have to do 2 hours of research online and watch youtube videos to learn how to properly use this product. They really need to include an actual instruction manual, with a few recipes included for each feature of the oven, instead of a big sheet of pitiful basic instructions that are written in about a dozen different languages. I think that most of the negative reviews that I’ve seen could have been avoided if this were the case. Does the outside of the oven get hot? Yes, it’s a toaster oven, not an insulated range, so move it away from the wall. The crumb tray slides into the slots underneath the OUTSIDE of the oven, it doesn’t go inside and I believe this is the reason that so many people are saying it never gets hot enough. The convection feature comes on and stays on when baking, there’s no way to shut it off. All of this could should be explained in an actual instruction manual. My last comment pertains to the price. At $67 in November, this oven was a great value. Less than a month later, it’s $96!!!! Had it been this price originally, I’m not sure I would have purchased it.So, my review is A for the the oven itself, D for the lack of instructions and the $30 price hike just before Christmas.

Title: Easy to use and clean, toasting a little uneven
Review: This small toaster oven fits nicely on my kitchen counter. The crumb tray is easy to remove from the front for cleaning, a nice feature. The oven performs well for baking, broiling and reheating, however toast comes out a little uneven, with the top browner than the bottom — the reason that I didn’t award 5-stars.I chose this oven because it received a good value rating from Consumer Reports and am happy with my purchase.

Title: Would buy this oven again as it has all the features I wanted
Review: I had a specific list of features that I wanted in my oven and this model had them all. I also took a chance and purchased mine from the used category, but it was pretty much like new, and didn’t appear to be used at all. There were a couple of very slight dents on the top, but they were relatively unnoticeable unless you were looking for them at an angle. You can’t beat the price as it was 50% off the regular retail. It came with a tray and roasting drip pan, which was a plus since I won’t have to purchase them separately. It can be difficult to gauge the size of an item from looking at a picture even when they provide you the measurements. This is quite a large toaster convection oven, and is very roomy inside. Yet, it’s not very heavy so I can easily move it around. The front door drops down completely. It does not have one of those hinges that automatically close (retract). Personally, I love the digital readouts because they are easier for me to see and this one is larger than some of the others. I can’t comment on temperature accuracy at this time, but I ordered an oven thermometer so I can check the temperature to make sure it’s accurate. I didn’t buy this oven for cooking food although I may just buy another for the kitchen. I plan to use it for polymer clay crafts, and temperature accuracy is a must have. Nonetheless, it has to be better than my gas oven as I’m always fiddling with the dial to try at get it at the right temperature. I love having the timer and auto-shut-off feature because I get busy and forget. The one thing I didn’t like was a very short power cord. I’m not sure why they would do this, but the product manual stated that they made it shorter to prevent the cord from getting entangled or tripping over a longer cord. Not sure how someone could trip over it if it’s up ion a counter. If you are thinking about buying this oven you need to consider whether they have a space on the counter near an electrical outlet or use a heavy duty grounded extension. As mentioned by others the exterior does get very hot, but I had the same issue with my Delonghi Toaster Convection Oven so I’m used to protecting my hands, and keeping other items way from the oven when in use. I keep my oven mitts next to the oven to remind me to use them whenever I use the oven. The stainless steel exterior is quite nice looking, and has stylish curves. I think that the top of the oven will be subject to dents as the metal seem a little thin on top. I wouldn’t be putting things on top, which you shouldn’t anyway because of the heat issues. The crumb tray slides in underneath the door so you don’t have to open the oven to clean the tray. I haven’t quite decided whether this is good idea or not. The one thing that comes to mind if something is too large to fit through the crumb tray opening it could fall off on the oven floor. However I like having a removable crumb tray to keep the oven clean. There are four glass tube heating elements in this oven, and they are quite large compared to my Delonghi, which was four metal tubes not much thicker that my chopsticks in diameter. Price wise it made more sense to buy a toaster convection oven because it does so much more. The size of this oven allows you to cook just about anything. I can cook a casserole, roast a chicken, and bake as well. My daughter already baked her brownies, and they came out perfect. Overall, I love this oven, and would buy it again.

Review: this item is well worth the counter space. manual dials are easy to use. I just set it at bake, 350, and leave those settings, just crank the timer up over ten minutes and back to 5 to warm things up. I got a better grade of stainless baking tray here , abt 14 bucks. As others have mentioned the unit gets hot if it’s on for a long time, but I allowed good space around it, and can warm up a plate on top so it’s fine. One thing worth mentioning is the fixed position of the centre rack, so you can only use it for items up to 1 3/4 inches high ie you have to slice a croissant in half. It bakes cookies fine and does an impressive job on scones, but anything higher would be too close to the top element.

Review: My oven worked fine for a couple of weeks.I found that the height is a little less though, like croissants touching the led on top.Because of that, the led stopped working and I am now struggling to get it fixed. The local representative has kept the product for a month and says he can’t do anything.I have to get help from Delhi or Bangalore.NOT WORTH the headache, frankly.
