Title: Better then described
Review: First off let me start off saying I was very conflicted in ordering this as I am a wood designer and usually make my own projects. Due to needing this right away and me not having any time I took a shot. Well my decision was clearly acceptable. First, the ordering and designing were very simple and the price was perfect. Second, I received the item a few days after ordering which I got nervous thinking g it was cheap or incorrect. Boy I was wrong. The wood was great quality and the design was exactly what I picked out with précis cutting. I will be ordering again since they have great craftsmanship and take pride in their items. Well done.

Title: BUYER BEWARE: Arrived Damaged, Cheap, No return, refund, customer service
Review: 0 StarsProduct is cheap. Poor craftsmanship, poor quality. Box not damaged, It appears that the product was secure and packed damaged. I purchased unpainted since it cost $25 to paint. (Cost of a can of spray paint $2)I called to report that it arrived damaged, but got recording “not returnable/not refundable” what was intended to be the centerpiece of an event landed in the trash. Wasted hard earned money when no recourse available to rectify situation.

Title: The best place to buy a sign!
Review: I bought for my daughters nursery , and as soon as I opened my package I fell in love ! You never know how great/bad the quality will be when ordering online , and for the low price it was I was thinking it was too good to be true . Well I was wrong ! It’s such a sturdy and beautiful piece that went amazing in her room! I will definitely be ordering here again for my sons nursery!!

Title: Great, but different colors
Review: These arrived very quickly, are great quality, and are just what I wanted… except that they came in different colors. I ordered them all as “unpainted/natural” and the two larger words are a very light wood, while the smaller word is much darker. I will probably end up having to paint them. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with the product!

Title: Nursery Must Have
Review: Purchased this for one of our 9 great grandchildren’s nursery. Her parents put it over her crib (it is light weight so they aren’t worried that it will fall onto the baby/child in her crib. I purchased one already painted in the color to match the nursery theme. That way I knew that it would be put up quickly, if not painted previously, it would probably still be sitting is corner somewhere.

Title: It’s not as tall or thick as I thought it would have been
Review: I don’t like the size or how it’s described on the site. I’m a little afraid to order again because I feel like, it’ll be some form of trickery again. Edit* I contacted the seller and they agreed to send another one with less letters so that the size will increase. They also informed me that because of the amount of letters is the reason the size shortened so, if you’re looking to buy and have more than 4/6 letters pay for a larger size

Title: Horrible and won’t fix the problem
Review: I would would have put 0 stars if I could but I found two different problems where they didn’t cut the letters correctly you couldn’t even read what it said and they sent me the wrong size. I communicated back and forth through message with them about the problem and they still refused to fix the problem even with pictures to show them what they did wrong. To send something out looking like this and with such sloppy cutting is beyond me. Never would I recommend this place to anyone. Keep your money and use it on a company that’s worthy enough to make it right
